General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Blindsides Chase with Wrong Accusations, Brook Lynn Shuts Down Granny?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may blindside Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) with wrong accusations and put Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in a position where she has to shut down her granny.

Although Tracy doesn’t know for sure who’s to blame for leaking incriminating details to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she assumes it was someone living under the Quartermaine roof.

Considering Chase’s fierce fight to save Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), it’s easy to see why his name came up in Tracy and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) recent conversation.

Tracy acknowledged the possibility that Chase might’ve been the one who overheard her talking to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

GH fans know Tracy spoke to Michael about spotting him outside Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house and covering for him. Since that information ended up in Alexis’ hands, Tracy seems poised to blast Chase and demand the truth.

Of course, viewers know more than Tracy at this point since a flashback confirmed Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) was the eavesdropper. It’s Martin who supplied that info to Alexis, not Chase.

Nevertheless, Tracy may rip into Chase due to her suspicions and wonder how he could betray her like this. Perhaps Tracy could even threaten to throw Chase out of the house for his lack of loyalty to Brook Lynn’s family.

However, GH preview spoilers for 2026 indicate that Brook Lynn will rush to Chase’s defense more than once in the coming months. This may be one of those times if Brook Lynn intervenes and insists Chase isn’t the traitor Tracy’s looking for.

Once Chase promises he’s not responsible, Brook Lynn may work on getting Tracy to believe him. Perhaps Brook Lynn could brainstorm with Tracy and help her figure out who’s actually to blame instead.

After all, Brook Lynn was there with Tracy when Martin came to the mansion recently. Martin was summoned for a heated confrontation regarding the heirlooms that he’s supposed to be getting back from Drew.

Brook Lynn might have a lightbulb moment and realize Martin could’ve stuck around to eavesdrop. It could get the wheels turning for Tracy too and lead to her deciding Martin must be the guilty party.

Regardless, Chase isn’t the person who ratted out Tracy and Michael to Alexis. Tracy’s mistake could lead to some tense scenes with Chase and Brook Lynn – at least until they nail down Martin’s role in this mess.
