General Hospital spoilers tease Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is headed back into our orbit, but that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s headed back to Port Charles. It won’t take long before the whole family is put on high alert that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is living out her last days praying that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is found and brought back to town in time to save Willow’s life with a bone marrow transplant.

GH fans haven’t felt right about Luke’s alleged death ever since it happened. Letting such a historic character fall off the map while off-screen, and in such a brutal way that let Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) walk away the winner just didn’t sit well with most GH veterans.
Tracy is doing a good job of carrying the torch as a crusader in his place, though. Is it possible she’ll show up to help Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) take Victor down? Perhaps, but it’s likely she’s going to have help.

They may not have been best buddies in the past, but Tracy and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) could come together in wake of Luke’s death to avenge him. Meanwhile, what are a few other lives saved in the process?
Holly knows how to navigate Victor well, and Tracy could use that kind of assistance. Might these two team up to make sure Victor never forgets how badly he lost — and no one else ever forgets the name Luke Spencer? It would certainly be a moving way to pay tribute to Geary’s years on the soap and give him a real exit into retirement if he would be choosing not to stay on, which is likely.

Little do Holly, Tracy, or anyone else know — Luke is already on the case himself. Victor may have been holding him hostage all this time, and it would be a genius move to now have him as a captive aboard his own former ship, the Haunted Star.

Anthony Geary has said he is not coming back.
I don’t see Tony returning for even a SHORT stay but I have learned never to say never. Even though I would bet money he’d never admit it, (considering the love he had for the role that made him famous) I don’t think Tony was thrilled with the way Luke was written out any more than his fans were. Time has a real way of creating reflection.
