General Hospital spoilers tease Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) have been catapulted into a high-stress situation aboard the Haunted Star. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has launched the ship with Spencer and others on board, and the storyline is starting to shape up into something quite familiar to veteran GH fans.
Years ago, the Cassadines captured Laura Collins (Genie Francis) in a very similar way. As the two storylines continue to converge, Laura might start to think history is repeating itself — and that might be Victor’s very intention. Is he baiting Laura with the three men she holds dear — her son and two grandsons?
General Hospital Spoilers — The Titan Calls To Laura Collins
Back in the day, the Haunted Star was known by many other names — one of them being, The Titan. There was a dark time in Laura’s past when the crazed Cassadine family held her aboard it and they sailed to a remote part of the Venezuelan coastline where the dense rainforest hid bunkers they intended to keep her in. Now, Laura is starting to recall bits and pieces of that part of her life, and she’s wondering if Victor isn’t planning to repeat his ancestor’s missteps by taking her grandsons to the same place.
GH Spoilers – Say Trina Robinson Is Crafty, Much Like Laura Collins
Little does Victor know, Trina is aboard the ship, too, and she’s intent on helping Spencer take his uncle down. Their first priority has to be getting themselves and Spencer’s baby brother, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), to safety. Laura was able to help get herself out of this mess many moons ago, and it looks like GH writers are committed to repeating history and carrying out a similar storyline for Trina as a new leading lady, and Spencer as her Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary).
General Hospital Spoilers — Luke Spencer Could Save The Day
Speaking of which, let’s not write Luke off just yet. GH fans everywhere felt like Luke’s sudden off-screen death was just laying the foundation for a comeback — one that Geary may not have been ready for at the time. There’s just no way that a character like Luke would be written off that way without a real bang. Supposedly, Victor was behind his death.
What are the odds that we’re going to find out Luke is being held on that ship, too? Maybe Victor’s concern in letting Spencer pursue the ship at his leisure has little to do with him jumping off of it and more to do with him finding out Luke and Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) are on board. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
I like Trina and Spencer but they could discover a weather machine and save the world and they’d still NEVER be Luke and Laura. Period.
Never have truer words been said. Spencer/Trina no Luke/Laura in any way.
[…] of conversation might be Ace and who gets him as Curtis asks if she’s speaking for Spencer and Trina, or speaking for herself. Laura looks very worried as Curtis is asking her that question, because she knows already there will be […]
