General Hospital (GH) spoilers divulge that things are heating up this summer between ex flames Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). There has been chatter that he is the biological father of her daughter Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and if so it would explain why Portia is reluctant to admit that they were involved back in the day.

When Portia came to Port Charles, Curtis was gobsmacked to see his fling in front of him. What were the chances? Savvy Curtis did the math and discovered that Trina could be his daughter given when he and Portia tangoed. Curtis confronted Portia but did she lie to him?

Portia insisted that Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) was Trina’s father, as everyone believes he is.

Curtis would like Portia to come clean with Trina since they are now dating but Portia is reluctant. Could that be because she is hiding a big secret?

If Portia does know a secret about Trina’s paternity it’s understandable she would want to keep quiet. Trina thinks that Taggert walks on water and in turn he is completely enamored of his little girl. Until very recently Trina despised Curtis.

But Curtis knows the truth comes out in the end, which is the reason why his marriage failed.

But Trina forgave Taggert for faking his own death, so she might likely find nothing amiss in discovering her mom cheated on her dad with Curtis back in the day. Portia and Taggert are divorced and it’s not like Trina is a five year old who wants her mommy and daddy to get back together.

General Hospital Spoilers – What Is Portia Robinson Hiding?

It seems suspicious that Portia is digging her heels in on this one. On the face of it, a fling 20 odd years ago is not a raging deal breaker. Unless it is. Does Portia know darn good and well that she has kept a father and daughter apart for decades? If so the fallout would be huge, especially since Curtis and Trina are now living in the same town.

Trina is very bold and if she thought her mom were lying about her paternity we can very easily see the sassy teen wrangling up a covert DNA test, probably with a little help from her friends. Is the summer about to get uncomfortably hot for Curtis, Portia and Trina?
