General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, August 25: Jason & Taggert’s Next Step – Nelle’s Obstacle – Nikolas’ Plan To Get Rid Of Ava Permanently

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 25, tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will face pressure from Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Ned’s eager to learn something certain on Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Briana Lane) future. As Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) stands beside Ned, he’ll ask Portia if his daughter will be OK or not.

Brook Lynn is going to live, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be lasting damage. Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) sliced Brook Lynn’s throat, so there’s definitely the potential for vocal cord problems. This would completely derail Brook Lynn’s singing career, but at least she survived the attack.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ned Quartermaine Will See Brooklyn Quartermaine

Ned will eventually be allowed to see unconscious Brook Lynn, so that’ll leave him in tears and desperate for forgiveness by her bedside. At the Metro Court, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will have his doubts about something. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) won’t understand why Franco’s unwilling to believe her.

This undoubtedly ties in with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Cassadine (Maura West), who have been doing their best to manipulate “Friz.” Elizabeth may feel like Franco has concerns about her feelings for Nikolas, but Liz is committed to her marriage. The conversation will seem lighter than the arguments they’ve had recently, so maybe Liz and Franco can start working through their issues.

It also wouldn’t hurt to mess with Ava and Nikolas – just to get a little revenge! In the meantime, Nikolas will reveal another plan to Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) over the phone. Spencer and Nikolas’ last plot crashed and burned, but Nik will still feel like there’s a way to get Ava out of the picture permanently.

GH Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Schemes With Spencer Cassadine

While Nikolas schemes with Spencer, Ava will head over to see Julian Jerome (William deVry) at Charlie’s Pub. When Ava asks what Nelle wanted Julian to do this time, it’ll be interesting to see just how much Julian confesses. Since Julian trusts Ava not to blab, he may deliver updates on the kidnapping, his change of heart and how it all went horribly wrong.

Down on the pier, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may push Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) to get treated for his injuries. Of course, that’d mean potentially being seen at GH and blowing his cover. Taggert’s supposed to be dead, so he may turn down medical care. Now that Jason knows Taggert’s alive, maybe they can join forces on Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kobert) takedown.

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll remain confident that he’s going to find Nelle and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will still battle concerns, but Sonny will argue that Nelle can’t escape him.

indeed point to a new obstacle for Nelle on Tuesday’s GH episode. It sounds like Nelle will have to put some real thought into her next move. As for Cyrus, he’ll try to set another Port Charles resident straight. Cyrus will sense that someone’s going to cause a problem, so he’ll want to offer a warning.
