General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, December 17 – Trina Confronts Nikolas – Dustin Rescues Charlotte – Valentin Gloats Over Destroyed Portrait

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, December 17, tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will be in the hot seat when someone comes along and finds him in the gallery storage room. As GH viewers know, Nikolas is currently hiding out there and watching the goings-on in the gallery via the security feed. He was horrified to watch as the portrait of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) from the feed. Tuesday’s GH previews show Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) finding him and asking him who he is and what he’s doing there.

General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Celebrates The Portrait’s Demise

Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will take his opportunity to gloat. He’ll assume that the portrait is gone and that any codicil contained therein is gone as well. He’s shown in Tuesday’s GH previews needling Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about the portrait being gone along with all of its secrets. But we wouldn’t count on the portrait being gone forever – this could be a fake-out orchestrated by Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

In fact, Tuesday’s GH previews also shows Ava slyly saying, “Now, why would I do a thing like that?” She’s probably being questioned by someone about whether or not she had anything to do with the portrait’s incineration. It looks like Ava will play innocent, with the goal being to make everyone believe that the portrait is long gone.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane Is Suspicious Of Peter August

Next on GH, Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) suspicions of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will continue. As GH viewers know, she’s got her doubts about Peter’s story about what went down in that OR when Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) had his memory reversal procedure done. And ever since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) filled her in on his theory that Peter is the one who had Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) sent to prison, she’s really been suspicious of her son.

And now Peter seems to be hanging around the hospital, all anxious about who Franco is going to wake up as. Of course, GH viewers know that he’s afraid of one of the procedure’s possible outcomes – that Franco wakes up with even stronger Drew Cain (Billy Miller) memories. That could be problematic for Peter since Franco could remember his participation in Drew’s abduction from Afghanistan years ago.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will anxiously await what they hope will be Franco’s reentry into the world. As GH viewers know, Franco has just awakened from the memory procedure and his eyes are fluttering. It will take a few moments for him to orient to things around him, but the big question now is who will he awaken as – Franco or Drew?

General Hospital Spoilers – Charlotte Cassadine Gets Rescued

Finally, on Tuesday’s episode of General Hospital, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) will land squarely in danger. As GH viewers know, she just jumped into the water at the pier, trying to prove to Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan) that she has a secret bodyguard. Of course, this was an insanely dangerous move, and Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) will jump right into the water to save her, as he tells Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) to call 911.

It looks like the issue of the secret bodyguard – who GH viewers know is actually Nikolas – will soon be well-known to Charlotte’s parents. One wonders how long it will take for Charlotte to spill the fact that she saw her secret bodyguard’s photo on Lulu’s phone. Nikolas could be one step closer to being caught!
