General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, January 19, tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will drop by GH and wonder if this is a bad time. Jason might have multiple people on his list to talk to, but we do know Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will get a warning from him on Tuesday.
Jason will feel like the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) situation is escalating, so he won’t want Britt landing in more danger. This is tricky business, so Jason will just want to make sure things don’t go further south.
At some point on Tuesday, Britt will be upset over an accusation – or at least she’ll feel like she’s being accused of something. Britt might feel like Jason doesn’t truly trust her or something along those lines. Whatever the case, Jason and Britt will keep up their secret partnership against Cyrus and just try to deal with the tension that results.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jasper Jacks Too Open About His Feelings
Other General Hospital spoilers say Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will fear he’s been too open about his feelings. Since Jax just professed his love for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), he’ll offer an apology if she feels it’s too soon. However, Nina will insist that she’s longed to hear those words from Jax. It seems Nina will be overwhelmed, but she might return the sentiment soon enough.
Next, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will worry about Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) tumor. Tuesday’s preview video shows Cam asking if this is because of the cancer. Perhaps Cameron will walk in on an argument or a conversation that looks awfully intense. It could lead to some news that leads Cam to believe Franco’s fading fast.
Luckily, Franco’s fine for now and should be quite happy over some other updates Cam receives on Tuesday. Cameron will gain acceptance to a university that’s prestigious and would deliver a fantastic college experience. However, Cam could battle some money concerns if he doesn’t score a full ride
.GH Spoilers – Cameron Webber Gets A Scholarship
Even if Cameron gets a scholarship that covers everything, he could still feel like it’s the wrong time to go far away from home. Franco and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) need Cam right now – and so do Cameron’s brothers. The same goes for Cameron’s friends, so he’ll have a lot to think about once this acceptance letter comes.
Over with Liz, it looks like she’ll get caught on a phone call. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will wonder if she heard Liz right – and we know Sam will indeed eavesdrop on a call that interests her on Tuesday.
General Hospital spoilers say Liz will learn something important through this discussion. If Sam overhears Liz talking about Franco’s tumor and memory-mapping problems, Sam might mention how Franco claimed to have a migraine at her place recently. Franco had a major outburst that let Sam know there was more to the story.
Elizabeth will undoubtedly grow curious about why Franco wanted to meet with Jason, so Franco will be on the hot seat soon. Liz may ultimately learn about Franco’s deal with Jason – which means Jason’s supposed to kill Franco if signs of his sinister side emerge. Elizabeth is set to put Jason on full blast in the coming episodes, so that’s something to stay tuned for!
General Hospital Spoilers – Olivia Quartermaine Waits For An Answer
In the meantime, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will await an answer from Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Since Olivia just asked Tracy what really happened the night Alexis Davis (Nancy Kee Grahn) ran off the road, Tracy will have to figure out what tale she’s going to tell.
Tracy will be in a bind since she won’t want to go down for giving false information to the cops. She won’t want Olivia to find out about Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) betrayal with Alexis either. This is a mess that could get messier depending on what Tracy decides to disclose or lie about next.

Finally, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will head over to Alexis’ place with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) by his side. Alexis could use some legal help, so it seems Valentin will offer that help through Martin.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will remain in a legal jam for now, but maybe Martin can help dig her out of this hole – and perhaps even bring Tracy down in the process! GH fans won’t want to miss the twists and turns ahead. Stick with the ABC soap and don’t forget to check back often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.

I Would love to see some happy smiling faces for a change! We are all suffering through a pandemic and watching characters on our favorite shows moping around all the time is really a downer. I know some will say "just don't watch" but tv is our only real escape right now. So please a sincere smile on tv once in awhile!
I agree with you – a smile here and there would be greatly appreciated. GH has almost turned into the old soap "Dark Shadows" when it comes to being happy.
Reunite Jason and Sam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
