General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, January 28, tease that the action is really heating up on the ABC soap. But before we get to that, we have a quick programming note. As you probably know, GH has not aired new episodes for the past several days due to the ongoing impeachment hearings. Assuming that ABC gets back to regular broadcasting on Tuesday, we have the scoop about what you can expect right here.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Benson Archer Presses Her Luck With Carly Corinthos

First off, Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) will really get on Carly Corinthos’ nerves. As GH viewers know, Carly and Nelle are facing off at the Metro Court. Nelle was just confronting Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) when Carly approached and greeted Nelle.

It appears that Nelle will once again start pushing Carly’s buttons. Of course, Carly is one of Nelle’s favorite people to needle, so she’ll likely start right in. According to GH spoilers, Nelle will mention Jonah Corinthos, aka Wiley Cooper-Jones (Theo and Erik Olson) one too many times, which will irritate Carly. Carly’s shown in the General Hospital previews telling Nelle to “bring up Jonah one more time and see what happens.” However, something tells us that won’t stop Nelle.

General Hospital Spoilers: Will Willow Tait Try To Revoke The Adoption of Wiley Cooper-Jones?

Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will float a theory to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). She’ll suggest that perhaps Willow should try to revoke the adoption and take Wiley away from Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). It probably wouldn’t be an easy feat at this point, but it would be a way of keeping Wiley safe.

In fact, it looks like Willow might be thinking the same thing, as she’s shown in the GH previews ranting to Sasha about Brad’s ability to keep Wiley safe. Of course, GH viewers know that Brad is frazzled all the time and making bad decisions regarding Wiley – like when he let Nelle stay with him and care for Wiley. The whole thing has Willow really concerned for her biological son. We’ll see if she ultimately takes action.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Lays Out His Conditions To Ava Jerome

Meanwhile, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will talk about their unique marital arrangement. As GH viewers know, they’ve just visited with Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) in France, and it didn’t go well for Nikolas. But that won’t stop Ava from bugging Nikolas about the post-nuptial agreement that she wants him to sign.

Of course, Ava wants Nikolas to sign a post-nup before she’ll cough up the original version of the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will. Since Nikolas wants that codicil more than anything, it looks like he’ll agree to sign the post-nup for Ava, but he’ll have some terms of his own that Ava will have to agree to.

General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Needs To Deal With His Enemies

Next on GH, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will speak with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about the situation that’s arisen in Sonny’s business dealings. As General Hospital viewers know, one of Sonny’s delivery trucks was recently hijacked and burned, and Sonny and Jason think that someone’s trying to send him an ominous message.

Of course, it’s possible that someone’s making a move on Sonny’s territory, and that’s just unacceptable to Sonny. He will want to send a message back, but he’ll tell Jason that they need to do it very carefully. They won’t want to alert the police, so sonny will say that he doesn’t want an “incident.” He’ll just want to take care of business.

General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu Spencer Questions Charlotte Cassadine

Finally, on the new episode of General Hospital, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will come to Crimson to pick up Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), who was there spending some time with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). While working on a picture collage for a school project, Charlotte noticed a picture of Sasha laying nearby and promptly sliced it up!

It appears that Lulu will notice the defaced picture and will wonder what’s going on. We’ll see what Charlotte has to say for herself. It looks like she may have some residual anger against Sasha. Perhaps she blames Sasha for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina’s wedding. After all, she’s likely got a lot of unresolved feelings and needs somewhere to put the blame.
