At Wyndemere, Emily Quartermaine (Natalia Livingston) is startled by Connor Bishop (Tyler Christopher). She thinks Connor is Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) at first and warns Connor not to sneak up on her like that again. After Nikolas appears, Emily talks to him about how the stem cells from Sam’s baby could save Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Emma and Sarah Smith).
Nikolas isn’t thrilled about leaving Emily alone with Connor, but there’s no other option since he needs to be at GH. Once Nikolas heads out, Emily changes Connor’s bandage and listens to him open up about the war. Later, Connor has a nightmare and tells Emily about his friend dying. Since Connor feels to blame, he’s haunted by his buddy’s death in his dreams.
General Hospital Spoilers: Courtney Matthews Warns Lorenzo
Over with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), she gets updates on everything Carly Corinthos (Tamara Braun) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are up against. When Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King) shows up, Courtney Matthews (Alicia Leigh Willis) makes it clear that Alcazar should back off and let “CarSon” deal with their issues.
Afterward, Lois wonders what Alcazar intends to do if Sonny and Carly break up. They debate the topic, but Alcazar finds it suspicious that Lois is seemingly pushing him to be with Carly again. Lois is simply trying to figure out if Alcazar is over Carly or not. If Alcazar reunites with Carly, Lois thinks that’ll mean he isn’t over her and maybe never will be.

At GH, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is upset that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) still hasn’t woken up. He’s concerned about Sam trying to recover from the trauma of losing her baby. Since Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has lost a baby before, she gives some good advice to Jason.
Liz thinks Jason needs to remain close to Sam and not let her pack up the baby’s things alone. However, Liz doesn’t think it’s wise for Jason to complete the task on his own either. Sam shouldn’t be made to feel like her baby never existed. Liz also points out that Sam may ultimately blame herself for the loss, so it’s important for Jason to step up for her.
GH Spoilers & Updates: Kristina’s Surgery Creates Sonny and Ric Lansing Drama
Alexis supports Kristina in her hospital bed as she prepares for the procedure that will save her life. Sonny comes in to offer support as well, but Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) joins them and eventually whips out a restraining order. He doesn’t want Sonny anywhere near Kristina. A furious Sonny rips up the restraining order before stomping off.
Next, Sonny gets a visit from Michael Corinthos (Dylan Cash) in the hospital chapel. Michael is sympathetic over the baby and expresses surprise that father isn’t angry about the loss. Sonny notes that getting mad only hurts the person who’s angry. Although Sonny’s upset, he talks about letting go and gives Michael a hug.

Since John Durant (Corbin Bernsen) has bought Carly’s old home for her as a gift, they bicker about whether Carly will accept it. Michael remembers living in the house when Carly and Sonny split, so he’s not interested in this place.

Nevertheless, Carly eventually embraces John over his generosity and tries to explain to Michael that things may not work out with Sonny. That would mean Michael and Morgan (Dylan and Jordan Cline) Corinthos would have to live with Carly.
Back with Jason, he refuses to budge when it comes to breaking the news to Sam that her baby’s dead. Sonny acknowledges how much Jason cares about Sam before popping back in Kristina’s room, where she’s recovering from her procedure. Alexis and Ric show up as Sonny’s reassuring Kristina about taking her home.
When Sam awakens, she quickly asks about her baby. Jason is forced to inform her that the baby died, which leads to Sam’s emotional outburst. Jason hugs Sam tightly as she tries to process this horrible bombshell.
