General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, March 24, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to make a bloody discovery.

Bloody Fate

Let’s start off with Alexis, who finds a bloody Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) on the floor of the law office. Due to the blood and Marco’s lifeless body, she clearly assumes he is dead. Thankfully,

Marco begins muttering to let Alexis know he’s still alive. At least, for now.

Of course, Marco will be rushed to the hospital. However, that’s the only emergency that the doctors have to deal with in tomorrow’s episode.

Surgeons Act Fast

We can see in a preview clip that Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is on duty with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) at the hospital.

When a patient is rushed in, Isaiah declares to put “him” in Trauma 1. As we know, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke). Plus, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) hit her head! 

So, Isaiah is dealing with either Rocco or Cullum. However, there is more drama for the medical staff.

Life-or-Death Surgery

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, March 24 reveal that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) can be seen working on someone in the operating room.

Lucas declares that they aren’t going to lose him yet! Lucas wouldn’t be that insistent if he were working on the enemy. 

Investigations & Orders

It is also teased that in tomorrow’s episode, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will do some digging. 

Meanwhile, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) says, “Do exactly as I ask, and no one will ever have to know.”

Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) can be seen bending over someone. Then, he turns around and says, “Get him out of here.”

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) demands answers. 

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) seeks out his father.

Also, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) makes some kind of offer. Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is wary.

There is also the situation between Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). The fugitive declares, “It’s not going to happen.” Carly replies frustrated, asking, “Why? Because you say so?”
