‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 12: Cassius Cornered, Rocco’s Secret Spirals, Lulu Rages At Britt & Isaiah Grilled

General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, May 12, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, we can expect Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to reach out to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) confronts Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Lulu Spencer Connects

Let’s start off with Lulu. The woman had to admit the truth when confronted once again by Dante.

The man knew that Lulu and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) were keeping a secret from him.

However, he never imagined that it would be that Rocco shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke). 

Now that Dante knows the truth, what are they going to do to protect Rocco? 

Expect Lulu to connect with Britt after her chat with Dante. The two women are not friends, but they both care about Rocco.

So, it will be interesting seeing how they work together to protect the teenager. 

Cassius Faison Confronted

While Lulu talks to Britt, Dante has another confrontation of his own.

The man will go up to fake Nathan and demand answers.

The commissioner will not appreciate that “Nathan” hid information about his own son, especially in a criminal investigation. 

Dante might also warn “Nathan” not to get involved in his family again.

It’s one thing to date Lulu, it’s another to keep Dante out of the loop. 

Rocco Falconeri Clashes

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, May 12 reveal that Rocco will end up clashing with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

The teens have been keeping their romance on the down low.

So, I wonder if Rocco happens to bust them sharing a smooch.

Curtis Ashford’s Mission

As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he embarks on a mission.

The man is convinced that Isaiah is responsible for Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) injuries.

Curtis is wrong, but Isaiah might suddenly realize what America is all about: You are guilty until you can prove your innocence. 

One false accusation is all it takes to ruin someone’s life.

So, Curtis better think long and hard before making another move. 

Isaiah Gannon’s Defense

As for Isaiah, he will have to explain where he was that night.

However, he promised not to expose Lulu and Rocco. So, I wonder how the man is going to get around that one.
