General Hospital Spoilers Update Tuesday, September 8: Julian Needs Martin To End Nelle’s Threat – Lulu’s Hidden Agenda – Olivia’s Despair

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, September 8, teases that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will do some push-ups as his mind drifts to a recent conversation. Dante will remember turning down the mission he was offered and wondering how long his treatment would take. Since Dante isn’t sure how much of his family will still be waiting on him, he’s concerned about spending even more time away.

Once Dante snaps back to the present, he’ll pick up a nearby chair and throw it against the wall. It’s clear that Dante’s frustrated, so this may not be the best time for a visit. Nevertheless, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will show up looking for one with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) by her side. Olivia will fret over Dante possibly turning her away, but Robert will offer a reminder to think positively.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Eavesdrops

A little later, Dante will eavesdrop on a conversation that’s happening just outside his door. After Dante realizes there’s a visitor there to see him, he’ll have to decide if he’s willing to allow it. General Hospital spoilers say Olivia will be distraught in Tuesday’s GH episode. That probably means Dante will reject the visit – at least initially.

However, Olivia is a persistent woman, especially when it comes to her son. If Olivia pleads within earshot or perhaps has a meltdown, it might tug at Dante’s heartstrings. We’ll see what Dante’s official decision is in Tuesday’s episode, so stay tuned.

GH Spoilers – Peter August’s Latest Problem

In the meantime, let’s talk about Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) latest problem. Thanks to Damian Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) news about Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier), Peter’s worried Nelle poses a threat. She could blow everything up for him if she gets caught and spills more info on Peter’s connection to Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin).

Peter just called Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), which should lead to a meeting in person. Valentin is the only person Peter feels he can trust, so Peter may push for some help. It’d be in his best interest to find out where Nelle is and make sure she stays as far away from Port Charles as possible. If that means making Nelle disappear permanently, then so be it.

At Peter’s urging, Valentin might even use his resources to see if he can figure out where Nelle is now. Naturally, Valentin and Peter aren’t in the loop on Nelle’s fall off that cliff, which was a game-changer. Nevertheless, Nelle most likely isn’t dead, so Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) cover-up should come back to bite them down the road.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brando Corbin And Jason Morgan And Sam McCall Talk

In Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) room at GH, he’ll continue his conversation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Jason has assured Brando that he believes in his side of the story. It looks like Sam will back Jason up, but Brando will suspect there’s something else behind this change of heart.

This may lead to admission about Jason and Spinelli’s spy cam plot, which turned out to be a good thing for Brando since it saved his life! Jason showed up in the nick of time, so Brando surely can’t be mad about that. He probably won’t blame Jason and Sam for digging a bit harder for the truth either.

General Hospital Spoilers – Damian Spinelli Thrilled

Other General Hospital spoilers say Spinelli will be thrilled over Peter’s recorded confession. The surveillance camera really came in handy since Spin now as Peter on tape incriminating himself. Of course, Spinelli may be jumping the gun on his celebration. Peter may not have admitted enough to truly sink him, especially since all of this involves Nelle the infamous liar.

Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll seek updates from the medical examiner. Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) just told Alexis that Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) cause of death was respiratory failure, which was caused by a drug overdose. Alexis will still be in shock as she processes all this on Tuesday, so she’ll grill the medical examiner for confirmation.

The news will indeed be confirmed, but Alexis may need more answers. Neil doesn’t seem like a drug user and showed no signs of addiction. This could lead Alexis to launch her own investigation, particularly since she’s unemployed and feeling lost right now. Without Alexis’ career and the hope for a future with Neil, she needs a purpose right now – and proving foul play could provide that.

GH Spoilers – Lulu Spencer’s Hidden Agenda

Next, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will have a hidden agenda when she visits Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). Lulu may do it under the guise of seeing how Kevin’s doing, especially with all the hospital shakeups. Kevin’s job is far from safe since he’s linked to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) – and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) definitely has a beef with the mayor!

Still, there’ll be another reason Lulu wants to catch up. Lulu may be on the hunt for a scoop that could throw off Cyrus’ plans. As for Julian Jerome (William deVry), he’ll hope to track down Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) as soon as possible. Julian will relay that to Valentin and probably point to the annulment as the reason why, but that’s only half the story.

Nelle also left a sealed envelope at her attorney’s office, so Julian needs to be sure Martin won’t use that against him. Julian’s sinister secrets are contained inside that envelope, but Martin doesn’t have a reason to help Nelle any longer. Of course, there might be some money in it for Martin if he blackmails Julian into paying Nelle’s bill!
