Diehard GH fans are counting, that’s who! On the first Monday in August, the sudser will seamlessly transition us back to where the show left off in late May.

Prior to that, the show began extending the new episodes that were left on the shelf with filler (no, not pink slime!) which allowed them to prolong the inevitable day when there would be no more new content to show.
Production came to a screeching halt on March 13 when television and movie productions, as well as life as we knew it, was shut down by the coronavirus pandemic. Production on GH resumed July 22.

What this all means is that the final week in July we will catch up to the place the show left the airwaves with fresh content in late May, and we have all the juicy spoilers to whet your appetite for the big debut day in August!

On Monday, August 3 the courtroom shocker returns with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) having to pick her jaw up off the floor, and that once lovey-dovey couple Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) fighting.

The next day Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) discovers Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in a devastated state, and Nelle thinks it’s a good time to show what she’s made of.

GH Spoilers – What Happens The First Week Of August In Port Charles?

On Wednesday, August 5 Sonny continues to struggle and a shocking someone propositions Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Someone surprises Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with a visit and Nelle issues a demand.
Then on Thursday, August 6, Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) drops a bombshell on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) while Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) meets up with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor). Should Sonny be worried?

Meanwhile, one-time enemies Sam and Carly come together in a mutual cause.
