General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Confused When Anna Seems Different – Will Alex Devane Fool Him Again?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that in Port Charles, NY Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) curiosity will be piqued when Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seems different – but will Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) fool him again?

General Hospital viewers will recall that when Valentin and Anna were discussing luring Alex to Port Charles, Valentin advised against it! That was the original plan, but he had found out from his contact that Alex had planned to kill Anna if she went to meet her in Berlin as she had requested.

Then when he had talked to the contact a second time, the contact had been unable to track Alex beyond Berlin. Anna (Finola Hughes) was disturbed – she said Alex could be anywhere! This conversation was after Anna got the results from Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) showing that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) did not have markers for rheumatoid arthritis – meaning Alex had to be Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) mother, not Anna.

Anna had mixed emotions about the news – she loves Peter like her own son, even though she is his aunt in reality. However, as Valentin had pointed out, it did mean that she had not slept with Faison and Valentin had not handed Anna’s son to his father as a baby! But this does mean that not only Anna but possibly Peter could also be in danger from Alex – as well as Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and anyone else associated with Peter!

Alex DeVane Marik Was Already In Anna DeVane’s House!

Viewers found out that Alex was already in Anna’s house – even when Valentin was there with her! Apparently, she had broken in somewhere when Anna was by herself and waited until she was alone to knock her out and drag her into the basement! Valentin will either come by again or call – to talk to Anna. Perhaps his contact will call him with something new on Alex – that she was tracked to the United States! Valentin knows that Anna is in dire danger, although he doesn’t know that she is in dire straits in the basement of her home! Valentin will want to warn Anna, and it will likely be in person! He would want to protect her from her evil twin.

Alex was likely smart enough to intercept Anna’s phone so she would answer it, should someone call. Longtime viewers of ABC soaps will remember that Alex was introduced in the canceled ABC soap “All My Children” and she has years and years of experience pretending to be Anna, although some of it could be from memory mapping and transfer.

Even then, she had been programmed to eliminate Anna! Valentin, however when he arrives, will be caught off guard – he will notice something different and likely confront who he thinks is Anna, but maybe fooled by Alex – maybe at gunpoint!
