General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Hires Martin To Sue Lulu for Full Custody?

General Hospital Spoilers - Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Martin Gray (Michael E Knight) will soon take yet another case, once again working with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to file for sole custody of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Valentin blames Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) because she was with Charlotte both when Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) kidnapped her and when Charlotte decided to jump into the water by the Pier fully expecting her “bodyguard” to save her. Fans know that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) lied to Charlotte that he was her secret bodyguard when she caught him snooping around Wyndemere.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer isn’t at fault

The custody battle may impact Lulu’s blossoming relationship with Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson). Although Lulu was not at fault when Charlotte decided to jump into the icy waters, she was distracted by making out with Dustin. The outcome would have been the same if Valentine had been the one watching her but Valentin’s threats and insinuations may prompt Lulu to cool things down with Dustin. If Valentin decides to play hardball with the custody agreement, Lulu may decide to put everything else on hold while she cares for her children.

GH Spoilers – Martin Gray usually goes for the jugular

Martin is a shrewd attorney and not above playing dirty to win, If he gets wind of the make out session look for him to digging. He might even bring up the that Dustin and Lulu were also making out the night of the Halloween Dance when Dustin was supposed to chaperoning, He could even get real personal and embarrass the new couple by forcing them to admit that they had sex on the first date, And while that isn’t really anyone else’s business, Valentin and Martin could try to use it against Lulu.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Claudette Beaulieu factor

One thing that might help Lulu is the strange way Charlotte came into their lives. Claudette Beaulieu (Bree Williamson) might very well on her way back into Port Charles. Claudette has been mentioned several times in recent days and was actually Charlotte’s surrogate. Valentin made it look as if Claudette committed suicide but she was actually being held prisoner by Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck). It’s not yet known where Claudette is now in the wake of Cassandra’s death. It seems likely that Claudette knows something that Valentin doesn’t want to come out. Perhaps Charlotte isn’t even really his daughter. Viewers know that Valentin is not above lying to keep the family unit he created with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Charlotte intact.

GH Spoilers – Is Charlotte Cassadine really Valentin Cassadine’s daughter

Could it be that Charlotte isn’t really Valentin’s daughter. If this comes out during the custody hearing, Lulu might very well gain the upper hand and get sole custody herself. Anything can happen, so stay tuned to General Hospital airing weekdays on ABC. And don’t forget to check back here regularly for all your General Hospital news, information and spoilers!

If history repeats itself as far as Valentin is concerned – of course he can and will win. Even though he may not get his wish for full custody, he still doesn’t loose. I suppose Valentin didn’t and doesn’t want to remember he was on the phone and not paying strict attention to Charlotte when she had an encounter with Nik on the pier not too long ago, but that doesn’t count in his opinion. There is a great possibility that Valentin is not Charlotte’s bio father and if he is not, it would be interesting to follow a story to explain factually how he was able to claim Charlotte as his own. The way this story is going, Lulu may not even be Charlotte’s mother. I know all of this confusion and mayhem would tear Charlotte’s life apart, but if it has to be done, I feel the sooner the better for all parties concerned.
