ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal in Port Charles, New York Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) was supposed to be the voice of Deception before she got fired for lipsyncing. Someone needs to save the day, could Nurse Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorkin) be Deception’s saving grace?

General Hospital Updates – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Is Unable To Sing

Even if Brook hadn’t gotten fired, she’s not able to sing because of her throat injury. Grantly, none of this would have happened if Brook had been honest. Brook might not have been the voice of deception but perhaps Lucy would have given her a different role in the company. Brook should have given Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) the benefit of the doubt instead of trying to pull the wool over her eyes. If Brook had just told them she couldn’t sing right now, everyone would have been ok and not pushed the issue.

GH Spoilers – Valentin Casadine Genuinely Likes Brook Quartermaine

General Hospital’s Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) likes Brook. Valentin and Brook have already slept together which says something about his feelings for her. Valentin is a backer in Deception and could push the issue of giving Brook a non-singing job. Brook took things with Amy too far but Brook was under pressure to clean up the mess that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) had made. Can Valentin help clean up this mess?

General Hospital Spoilers – Amy Driscoll Is A Nurse

General hospital’s Amy is a nurse but most of the nurses at GH have had their hours cut anyway. Perhaps Amy could do two jobs. After all, the singer who is the voice of Deception shouldn’t have to be on tour with the spokesperson. The singer is usually behind the scenes. Valentin could suggest hiring Amy as the new voice of Deception and go on with her version of the Deception song. Everyone has already heard Amy sing and knows how well she did on the song.

If Amy can continue she can save the companies reputation. Maybe Amy can even help to salvage the deal with the sales representative. After all, Amy’s voice is the one that caught her attention even though she thought it was Brook Lynn. Honesty is the best policy and they need to try a new approach. Why not introduce the new Voice of Deception?

Amy is very outgoing and loves to sing. Amy would not be shy while supporting the brand, but would proudly stand and do her job. Amy is a beautiful woman and she could have a great future as the Voice of Deception. Could Valentin suggest this and save the company’s reputation? Would Lucy agree to this change?
