General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that a lot of people are placing their lives on the line to bring Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) back to Port Charles.

The hope is, he’ll be a liver donor match for his sister, who is dying in a coma right now. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have been using their superspy skills to try and rescue him from Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) camp, and there’s a good chance that Holly Sutton (Emma Sutton) will end up being the hero that throws herself under the bus to ensure Lucky gets home.

Not to mention the fact that Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) are somewhere in Africa desperately trying to locate her son. Could this all be for nothing?

General Hospital Spoilers – Is Lucky Spencer His Sister’s Only Hope

GH spoilers remind fans that everyone in Port Charles who is able to donate their liver has gotten tested. It’s all hands-on deck to help Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) find a match to ensure she lives to sleep another day. All joking aside, it looks as if she will wake up after all this; however, right now the mom in a coma is slowly fading.

Fans know that Lulu will end up being okay, they just need to wait and see this storyline unfold. After all, a new Lulu has been recast, so it’s only a matter of weeks until she awakens, healthy and fine.

Until then, GH viewers are on the end of their seats, waiting to see how this will all play out.

As it stands, a relative of Lulu’s is her only hope, which is why there is such an urgency to rescuing Lucky. Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) wasn’t a match; Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) wasn’t one, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was also scratched off the potential donors list – among others.

Of course, there’s a good chance that Lucky returns home and is also not a match for Lulu. After all, if he wasn’t a match for bone marrow what makes everyone think he’ll be a match as a liver donor?

Things always change in the land of soap operas so that’s neither here nor there, but if Lucky returns and he’s not a match everyone may lose hope that Lulu can be saved.

Still, what if Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) catches wind to what is happening to Lulu? He’s done questionable things in the past however Valentin does care about Lulu and more importantly he realizes the importance of her being in Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) life.

Could he risk everything and bring his daughter back to Port Charles, so the girl can not only to see her mother, but to also get tested? Will Charlotte end up saving Lulu’s life?
