General Hospital Spoilers: Anna And Valentin Reconnect-What About Carly?General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will soon be coming home, and so will Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Valentin and Anna will reconnect, but what about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright); will she be out in the cold again?

Carly Had A Problem With Valentin Wanting To Rescue Anna From The Start

Before Valentin went to Geneva to talk to Z (John Oliver) in person, he wanted to rescue Anna from the clinic in France-although he was also going to disable the prototype.

But since Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had gone on the run and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) went missing, Valentin knew that Liesl had been kidnapped to finish the project.

So, after Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) sent Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with the code words “Ex Machina” and Valentin responded, telling him to go to Z, Valentin complied.

He did so with the risk that Z would put him in Steinmauer, or worse yet, in a WSB black site like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was put in.

Carly’s priority was to take down Jack and rescue Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and force remove her from the WSB, which she believes was not her choice to begin with.

Z Arrived In The Aftermath Of A Shootout On Spoon Island

Z arrived in the aftermath of a shootout on Spoon Island, as Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and Josslyn were trying to stop Cullum from fleeing with the prototype cold fusion weapon.

Josslyn managed to shoot Cullum after being seriously wounded herself, and Cassius’ fate had not at that time  been revealed, although Z walked by and checked his pulse before going to Josslyn.

But the mission was accomplished, of not letting Cullum flee with the prototype, and presumably, it will be dismantled and safely destroyed.

So, obviously Valentin must have reached Z and he must have listened to him, or he wouldn’t have shown up when he did, and Valentin should be coming home soon.

Valentin Won’t Be Able To Not Reconnect With Anna, After Her Traumatic Absence

Valentin won’t be able to not reconnect with Anna, after her traumatic absence-they’ve known each other since spy school, when he went by “Ivan Theodore”.

Anna, may in fact, need Valentin simply because of that, because even though she is healing from the brainwashing and the trauma inflicted on her, he has known her the longest.

They have known each other since before Anna met Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and married him and he can help her with memories even Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) won’t.

But Carly won’t understand that, she won’t understand that at all-but at least, not long after Anna and Valentin reconnect, at least Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be home again!
