General Hospital Spoilers suggest that a huge twist may be coming to the Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) story, one that neither of them saw coming. Could Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) be alive and well after all and behind Anna’s stalking?

General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Died In Greenland

General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Victor supposedly died in Greenland when the Haunted Star exploded. However, with Valentin’s connections to the WSB, his death could have easily been faked.

Valentin could even be tied to whatever is going on with Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) that has him turning up alive and well again.

During the week of September 18-22, Anna will be rocked with a shocking revelation. Of course, Anna could learn that almost anyone from her past is alive at this point.

However, Victor is the one person who would certainly want to come between Anna and Valentin. Valentin will see a sight that he finds hard to believe as well leading one to believe that Victor could be alive.

GH Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Wants Anna Devane To Suffer

Victor doesn’t want Anna and Valentin to be happy at all. After all, Valentin faked his death and allowed Victor to grieve for him when Victor ordered his men to kill Anna.

Victor could have escaped the Haunted Star and had one of his henchmen wear a mask and pretend to be him when the boat exploded.

Victor even had Anna shot in front of Valentin to make them both suffer when he found the safe house.

Victor would go to any means for revenge even if he seemingly comes back from the depths of Hell to terrorize Anna.

Could Victor be the one behind everything Anna is going through right now? Is Victor framing Valentin to come between him and Anna?

General Hospital Spoilers – Victor Cassadine’s Henchmen Attack

Victor could have set it up so that his henchmen are the ones doing all of this while he plots his return. Perhaps Victor was wounded but not fatally and needs time to recuperate.

Once Valentin is well he can come back and surprise not only Anna and Valentin but everyone else who had tried to take him down as well.

Could the biotoxin have survived too? Victor had planned to use the biotoxin to get rid of a big part of the Earth’s occupants to make it easier for the Cassadines to thrive.

Could Victor be planning to attack after all and just be waiting for the right time? Will Victor return with a vengeance and go after everyone in Port Charles first?
