General Hospital Spoilers: Victor Cassadine The Key To Liesl’s Son Nathan’s Return?

General Hospital spoilers tease Ryan Pavey has said he is open to working on the ABC soap again as Nathan West. His mother’s former lover just returned from the dead and Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) deceased husband could do the same.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ryan Peavey Would Be Welcomed Back To General Hospital

Actor Ryan Peavey chose to walk away from his popular General Hospital character Nathan West in 2018. Fans were devastated and said they would welcome him back from the dead. Nathan was shot dead by Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) who was not aware that the young man was his son. Four years earlier in 2014 during a standoff at the Crichton-Clark clinic Nathan’s mom Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) had made a startling admission. When Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was about to shoot her son Liesl announced that Victor was Nathan’s biological father.

GH Spoilers – DNA Can Be manipulated

A DNA test later confirmed that Cesar Faison was the bio dad of Detective West but what it if was a fluke as DNA can be manipulated? General Hospital fans took note that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has the marker for Huntington’s disease which Faison died from but her deceased brother Nathan did not. General Hospital could always use this as a way to rewrite history and Obrecht’s son end up belonging to Victor and not Faison. When the earlier DNA test was done it was noted that Detective West’s genetic markers were not like those of the other Cassadines but this could always be explained away for storyline purposes.

General Hospital – Victor Cassadine Could Have Been Keeping Nathan West Alive Somewhere

Victor Cassadine has not yet explained how he escaped the explosion that was supposed to have taken his life and neither has he revealed where he has been hiding for the past seven years. What if he stole Nathan’s body and restored him to life because he loves his mother? When he kidnapped Obrecht he did not kill Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) because he knew she cared for him. Perhaps Nathan is Victor Cassadine’s son after all but if not Ryan Paevey’s fans would welcome Detective West back regardless.
