General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that if Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) faked the Huntingtons’ Disease symposium in St. Lucia as a ploy to get Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) on a plane only to be kidnapped and brought to him, he could have also faked the diagnosis that Liesl is so anxious to find a cure for so her daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) won’t suffer in future episodes of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Victor Cassadine Made Up The Symposium In St. Lucia
General Hospital viewers will recall that it was revealed that Victor concocted the Huntingtons’ Disease symposium in St. Lucia in order to kidnap Liesl! General Hospital viewers will recall that although Liesl had tried to lure Peter August (Wes Ramsey) there as well, in order to kill him. The private plane that Liesl and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) were on was hijacked, with Liesl
finding herself prisoner of Victor on Cassadine Island, and Scott finding himself almost on top of Nurse Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) campsite after being tossed out of the plane – at least they put a parachute on him! Both he and Liesl had been heavily drugged! Liesl was shocked to find her former lover Victor still alive – she thought he died of the bullet she put in him at the Crichton-Clark Clinic, and turned into a crispy critter at that when it exploded and burned!
GH Spoilers And Rumors – Peter August Is Being Used By Victor Cassadine – Victor Wants Him Dead
General Hospital viewers will recall that Victor recently kidnapped Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) while he and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) were in Greece tracking down leads on the location of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who is also being held on Cassadine Island in Victor’s dungeon. Victor revealed that he is Valentin’s birth father, making him a Cassadine after all, but only playing along with Peter as long as he serves Victor’s purposes.
He wants Valentin to kill Peter! Valentin agrees that Peter is too dangerous to allow to remain alive but won’t act as a hit man for Victor, father or not. Valentin will want a paternity test run on dear old dad before he takes Victor’s admission to heart! If telling the truth about just playing along with Peter and really wanting him dead, General Hospital viewers have to wonder why he doesn’t let Liesl take him out!
General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – How Could Victor Cassadine Fake Britt Westbourne’s Diagnosis?
General Hospital viewers want to know how Victor could have faked Britt’s diagnosis? General Hospital viewers will recall that she was on the run in Canada with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) when her diagnosis was confirmed! Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that not only was Victor the head of the Crichton-Clark clinic, he was also the head of the WSB, and given he was alive all that time, there were other clinics in Canada that General Hospital viewers may remember from a few years ago.
Anna was lured to a clinic in Canada several years ago and kidnapped, so that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) would go looking for her and develop a cure for Cassandra Pierce, (Jessica Tuck) who had been in a coma after being stabbed with a syringe by Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when she was still married to Valentin.

It had been self defense, but the syringe was filled with a drug that Cassandra had developed. She had been in the one Canadian clinic and was supposed to be transferred back to a WSB medical facility but was intercepted – by a man wearing a Cassadine ring. It was later revealed to be Nikolas Cassadine, (Marcus Coloma) but his role in Cassandra’s interception was never explained.
Perhaps he knows his great uncle Victor was alive and he’s not telling! There is a good chance that the clinic in Canada where Britt was diagnosed is under Victor’s authority as well, and possibly the same one that Cassandra had been in. That would explain how Victor would have been able to fake Britt’s diagnosis!
