‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Video February 21: Lucky’s Fate, Jason’s Truce, Brennan’s Criminal Cover-Up

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, February 21, 2025. It shows doctors racing to save a coding Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).

Lucky Spencer’s Fate

The preview clip shows Lucky is in grave danger. After saving Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) stabbed Lucky with a syringe. Liz got on the phone with 911 and then when Cyrus fled, started performing CPR on Lucky.

In the preview clip for today’s episode, Lucky is in the emergency room. Lucky codes as Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) work feverishly to save his life.

Jake Webber Panics

In the hospital waiting area, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) show up.

Laura asks what’s wrong to Jake Webber (Hudson West) and Liz. As Liz stands next to her son, Jake vents about how his dad is dying.

Jack Brennan’s Cover-Up

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, February 21 reveal that the preview clip also shows what happens after Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) killed Cyrus in self-defense.

The villain came after Joss with an ax, so good thing she was armed. Of course, Josslyn might have some explaining to do about why she’s in Cyrus’ cabin, especially after multiple warnings from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). 

Moving forward, Josslyn called Brennan after killing Cyrus. When Brennan shows up, he surprises Joss by suggesting they “take care of it themselves.” If Joss does this, then she might be indebted to Brennan for a very long time.

Friday, February 21

In the next episode, fans will also see Jason offer Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) a truce. However, the written spoilers state that Jason and Drew also face off.

So, this could be a situation where Jason tries to get a truce but Drew’s ego is so monstrously overinflated that he rejects it.

Also, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) continue discussing the teen pregnancy bombshell.

So, what happens when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) learns that he has another child out there, one he never knew about?

What happens when Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) learns that Dante and BLQ are his real parents? How does this affect Lulu’s possible future with Dante, especially considering her already strained dynamic with Brook Lynn?
