General Hospital Spoilers: Wally Kurth Tweets With Robert Palmer Watkins – Is Dillon Quartermaine Coming Back?

General Hospital spoilers tease that the two Quartermaine brothers, Wally Kurth who plays Ned Quartermaine, and Robert Palmer Watkins, the most recent incarnation of Dillon Quartermaine, recently spent some in-person time together and then tweeted about it! Could it mean that Dillon might be returning to General Hospital’s Port Charles soon?

GH Spoilers – More Quartermaines Have Returned To General Hospital Recently

The two having lunch together, of course, doesn’t mean that the return of Robert as Dillon is set in stone, however, there have been mentions of him in the show recently, and there seems to be a trend of returning Quartermaines with first Brook Lynn Quartermaine, played by Amanda Setton returning, and then Tracy Quartermaine played by Jane Elliot.

Recent storylines have Nelle Benson, (Chloe Lanier) who married Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) while the two were in Pentonville Prison, and she crashed a stockholder’s meeting where a discussion of Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Lake Stitt) was taking place. There were two bequests and they were discussing which one would be legitimate, one of which was to Shiloh Archer and the Dawn of Day cult he founded. Nelle is placing claim to the stocks.

Tracy warns the family about their future, and that the Quartermaines need to band together as a united front to protect their legacy and ensure their future; and to make that front complete, Dillon could certainly return; the powers that be at General Hospital could fit Dillon into all sorts of storylines, possibly even having him in a triangle with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) over Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) or having him strike out against his family by getting involved with Nelle!

They could also have him give Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) a run for his money over Lulu Spencer, (Emme Rylan) because those two were once involved! Lots of soapy drama in those possible scenarios!

General Hospital Spoilers – Dillon Quartermaine Was Last Seen In October 2017

Dillon Quartermaine was last seen in October 2017, in a storyline that had him paired with Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) and working as Crimson’s photographer.

Shortly after his mother, Tracy Quartermaine left town, Dillon left town also, to pursue a movie production career in Hollywood; he broke Kiki’s heart as instead of absence making the heart grow fonder, he found himself a new girlfriend when the two of them were engaged, and he was supposed to return to Port Charles so the two could make wedding plans and she overheard the girlfriend in the background while she was on a phone call with him!

This, of course, put an end to that relationship permanently, as Dillon never returned, and is now playing the role of “Jean Luc Godard” according to Tracy, and Kiki was murdered by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) in November 2018.
