General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, April 1, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) faces an impossible choice.

Willow Tait Cain’s Realization

Let’s start off with Willow. Fans watched as Willow agreed to help Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) with the foster care situation.

However, she then met with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). When Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) ringtone went off, Trina flashed back to learning that Willow shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) that night.

In a preview clip for tomorrow’s episode, Willow wonders out loud in front of Drew how Trina knew. 

Nina Reeves’ Impossible Choice

Over with Nina, she will face an impossible choice thanks to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). The woman made a deal with the devil to protect Willow.

However, now Brennan is pushing for Nina to betray Charlotte’s trust. Of course, Nina hasn’t done it yet and doesn’t plan to.

However, Brennan says that she needs to choose who to protect: Willow or Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

Jenz Sidwell’s New Orders

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 1 reveal that Sidwell will continue issuing threats and barking orders at everyone.

The man already ordered Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) to do some spying at the police station. 

Next, we saw Sidwell call Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) something shocking: Cassius Faison. 

In the next episode, Nathan will issue a warning. Despite apparently taking orders from Sidwell, Nathan might not be the same man anymore.

Could Nathan issue a warning to Sidwell, or could the warning be to someone about Sidwell?! It could go either way, actually.

Sidwell tells someone in a preview clip, presumably Nathan fooling everyone just like he was supposed to.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) connect the dots.

Lucas will be heart-wrenched to realize that Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) death might have been for nothing.

Meanwhile, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrover) warns Laura Collins (Genie Francis). The politician says that Marco’s death has changed everything.

With both of them coerced to be under Sidwell’s thumb, could Ezra and Laura end up forming an alliance? With Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), that ought to be interesting!

Plus, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) interrupts Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).
