General Hospital: Harmony MillerLl) considers confessing. Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) gets a warning from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) makes a bold move. Plus, things escalate when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) confronts Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

General Hospital Spoilers  – Harmony Miller Torn

GH spoilers reveal that Harmony was already pressured about the issue with Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) paternity. Now Harmony has caused the death of Brendon Byrnes (Josh Coxx). Harmony’s guilt keeps escalating as Willow gushes about how her mother is changing her life and doing so well.

Speaking of Harmony, Willow won’t be the only person asking questions. In the preview clip for Wednesday’s episode, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) asks Harmony of whom she is so terrified. In Wednesday’s episode, it is teased that Harmony gets close to telling the truth. However, it is suggested that she decides to keep quiet.

In Wednesday’s episode, fans can expect Sonny to make a bold move. Sonny decides that it’s time he reasserts himself as the head of his territory. Fans know from the weekly preview that Sonny and one of his men have someone kidnapped. So, this could restart the mob war.

General Hospital Spoilers  – Cameron Webber Interrogated

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Cameron and Josslyn got into an argument about Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). When Cameron slipped by hinting Josslyn would understand if she knew what Spencer was doing, everyone froze.

In Wednesday’s episode, Josslyn will demand that Cameron explain what he meant by that statement. Then, the preview shows Spencer caught off guard. Cameron gives Spencer an ultimatum in front of Josslyn and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). This could be what causes Spencer and Cameron to throw punches, which leads Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) to place both boys under arrest.

GH Spoilers – For Wednesday, April 20

In Wednesday’s episode, fans can also expect Nina to give a warning to Ava. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) shares her latest theory. Laura tells someone that they are suspect number one.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) asks Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) if she found anything that can help Trina. However, Sam appears to be conflicted over what she should reveal. Plus, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) asks Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) if he’s changed his mind. It is also teased that Nikolas offers Esme some encouragement.
