Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and viewers just learned that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) worked for the Feds to save Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

John Cates’ (Adam Harrington) leverage is still looming over Jason’s head. Jason begged Anna to keep quiet about the intel. However, the sadness and conflict in Anna’s eyes was clear.

      What is Jason protecting Carly from? And why does it have to be Carly? I mostly like her, but does she have to be in nearly every storyline? It would have been so much better if it were Sonny or Sam, or someone else who was raging against him. Then they would feel like a real loser when they found out it was all for them. Or he could have found Morgan alive somewhere and in major trouble. NOT That I want to see Morgan back, but it makes more sense than Carly. Okay, I’m no writer so I’m sure there could be a better scenario, but it could be so much more interesting if it wasn’t Carly. And she has some very vocal haters, so it’s not gonna go over well with them.
