General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, August 18 reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) makes a threat at the Five Families meeting. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is surprised by Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla). Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) turns to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is furious.

Jason Morgan’s Threat

GH spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Jason and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have to deal with Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller). As fans recall, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was confronted by Joey, who didn’t tell her the real reason he knew so much about her. However, Josslyn didn’t fall for the bait and she went to tell her mother. Jason and Carly are not the only ones concerned. Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) is also worried about his daughter’s safety, so drastic action must be taken.

Jason arranges a meeting with the Five Families and warns that there will be consequences.

GH Spoilers: Spencer Cassadine’s Surprise

On Tuesday, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) revealed himself to be the hooded stalker who crashed Spencer’s party. Spencer was not happy as he truly believed that it was a real threat. When Spencer talks to Trina about it, he is surprised by her kindness and forgiveness. However, can he put aside his hatred for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) or is that just wishful thinking on Trina’s part?

Sam McCall’s Belief

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Sam got a phone call and knows it was Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). He is being held prisoner but managed to make a quick phone call. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) said he would trace the number to see where it came from. On Wednesday, expect Sam to turn to Curtis for help. In a preview clip, Sam is asked if she thinks Drew really is alive and she nods yes. Will Drew be found or could he find a way to escape? What does this mean for Sam’s future?

Fans can also expect Laura to lash out at Nikolas for his actions. Will this divide Spencer and Nikolas all over again? Did Spencer deserve to be given a taste of his own medicine or did Nikolas go too far?

Meanwhile, Jason is forced to defend Carly while Jax finds an unexpected ally in Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gatti). What do you predict will happen with your favorite characters?       Laura shouldn't go in hard on Nicholas he knows that his son is a mess. Laura should know it too. Get him to confess his part. Let's not keep all these storylines open … Don't keep adding people to the mix … I know this mystery person was added to take the heat off of Spencer. Let's get Ava and Nicholas back together. They should have not been broken up.

      Only thing I can say is that I keep cringing when I see scenes with Carly and Jason. I so hope that the writers will put him with Britt.

      I wish writers would allow him to go solo for a while, see or even talk about his children more, and just be a good guy and a bad one when needed.

      Even though I am not a fan of the pairing, this couple as with others on GH at this time have been split for reasons that are questionable due to the history of the pairings to suit a story line that has not evolved into to really good story telling.

      What ever happened to the 7 years (not sure of the time limit) that has to go by before a person whose body was never found can be declared legally dead? Even in a screwed up State like New York there has to be some legal time span involved. Carly and Jason shouldn't even be able to get a marriage license without proof of a legal divorce between Carly and Sonny. Yes, I know it's a soap; however too often situations exist on the soaps where no legalities are properly addressed.
