General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, August 25: Kidnapping Development, Maxie Panics, Nina’s RageGeneral Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, August 25 reveal that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has a heart-wrenching run-in. Then, she panics when there is a development in the kidnapping of her baby girl. Meanwhile, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) backs Nina into a corner while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is questioned about her behavior.

Kidnapping Development

GH spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Maxie has left Nixon Falls and returns to Port Charles. Unaware that Peter has been watching her, Maxie runs into Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Bailey Quartermaine (Harper and Scarlett Bloom), who is really Louise “Lou” August. Maxie is already going to be devastated to see her daughter but has to act like it’s not hers.

That’s not the worst of it, though. Maxie is stunned to learn that there has been a “development” in the kidnapping of baby Lou.

GH Spoilers: Panic And Rage

Maxie will go into a panic and will probably go to warn Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). However, Brook Lynn is dealing with an urgent family matter. She not only discovered Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) can walk, but that he is making a decision on whether to betray the Quartermaine family by giving Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) the proof he needs.

Nina Reeves Backed Into A Corner

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Nina will face Peter all alone. She demands to know what he wants. It is teased that Peter will back her into a corner. What will he tell Nina and what does she have to do to buy his silence? Would Nina really endanger everyone, including Maxie and baby Lou? How far is Nina willing to go to keep her secret about Sonny Corinthos aka “Mike” (Maurice Benard)?

On Wednesday, fans can also expect Carly to be questioned about her behavior. In the preview, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) asks Carly “is this how it’s going to be?” However, it is teased that Carly and Jax will try to be civil for the sake of their daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

Plus, Austin will see Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) in a new light while Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) continues her conversation with Chase. Also, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) will accuse Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla) of lying. However, Spencer is the one that is actually being dishonest.

      Not good any more!!! To many old sad story lines, bringing people back, like Nathan, for Christ sake can't the come up with something new. Hate Nina, she should have been gone a long time ago. The baby story is getting old, and Austin needs out of there forever!!!!!!!!!About done watching after many years.

      I must agree with Carolyn that the baby story is getting old and Nina/Mike storyline is out of control and I want to know where the writer is going with the Austin storyline.

      e. Does the writers think that people don't notice what is happening on the show, the writers have taken the Jason story of being locked up on a far off island and now have done the same with this new Drew…..can't they think of something different to make a story line for the show, copy that and copy it again……so damn sick of Peter, and do not make him a nice guy for it will not be believed by anyone.

      GH you need NEW writers that can think outside the box and give us real life stories that can be believed and entertaining at the same ti
