General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, August 26 reveal that Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) has an important announcement, while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is left with questions.

Additionally, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) insists that her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), should not get involved!

Key Takeaways

  • Kai drops a Willow bombshell.
  • Josslyn warns Carly.
  • Felicia shuts Brennan down.
  • Michael seeks Sonny’s advice.

Michael Seeks Sonny’s Guidance

At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) residence, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is looking for guidance. Sonny seems to be reflecting on past mistakes, likely concerning his children, and is sharing a specific incident with Michael.

With genuine concern, Sonny warns Michael that he will carry the weight of this regret for the rest of his life.

Michael might be seeking advice about his situation with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and their children, particularly on how to protect them from their mother.

Previously, he believed he could trust her with their care, but recent developments may have shaken that confidence!

Kai’s Announcement

At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) residence, Kai shares a startling update-he suspects that Willow attempted to harm Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) once more! Alexis listens, her expression a blend of curiosity and concern, likely thinking about Scout Cain’s (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) safety now that she’s with him.

Alexis understands that Willow cannot be prosecuted for Drew’s shooting due to her previous exoneration, which would constitute double jeopardy.

However, if Kai’s claims can be substantiated, she might leverage the earlier trial to establish motive!

Nina’s Fury as Willow is Furious

Meanwhile, in Willow’s congressional office, tensions run high as Willow and her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), are at odds-Nina is furious, while Willow is seething!

Nina is probably urging Willow to abandon her plan to frame Michael for her past crime, aiming for complete custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Sienna Goerisch).

Willow, however, is adamant and makes it clear to Nina that she won’t relent until she secures what she needs!

Is Nina even aware that Willow instigated Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) to visit the Quartermaine gatehouse for a confrontation, and that she recorded him confessing to criminal activities?

This occurred after Jack cautioned Nina to distance herself from Willow before she dragged Nina down with her.

Jordan’s Questions

In the meantime, Jordan, the new CEO of Aurora, poses a question to Drew as they discuss his potential return to the company.

Jordan had overturned Michael’s refusal but expressed her desire to keep Drew close, suggesting that keeping your enemies closer allows for better oversight of their actions.

She inquires whether Drew is truly willing to collaborate with Michael, given the tension between the uncle and nephew.

Although Michael was initially reluctant to work with Drew, he ultimately deferred to Jordan’s authority as CEO. So, will Drew demonstrate to Jordan that he indeed requires monitoring?

Josslyn’s Insistence

Meanwhile, Josslyn has made a surprising decision to accept the CEO role at Jasper Jacks (previously Ingo Rademaker) Enterprises, which has caught Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) off guard and left Carly astonished.

However, Carly is unaware that this move is part of Josslyn’s WSB assignment that was approved without Jack’s input. Josslyn firmly addresses her mother, insisting that she must accept this unexpected choice and cautions her against interfering.

She warns Carly not to interfere. But what Carly doesn’t know is  that any interference could lead to the very outcome she fears-putting her daughter in danger!

Tristan Opens Up About His Past

Also, the mysterious Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) will open up to someone about his past-might it be Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)?

Or, perhaps he may reveal the parts Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) doesn’t know already to her. So far, we know he escorted Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) from Jakarta, Indonesia and had worked in WSB hospitals.

Anna mentioned she knew he had once been a WSB field operative, but he left the WSB. Now he’s a new heart surgeon at General Hospital-what might he reveal?

Felicia Stonewalls Brennan

In the meantime, it looks like Jack will be looking into things in which someone thinks he has no business, and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) stonewalls him!

Felicia has been a private investigator and an adjunct on a few WSB missions in the past, although never an agent. But her ex-husband, Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) was a former head of the WSB.

What might Jack be looking for that Felicia is so vehemently refusing to tell him? Does he want someone’s DNA or medical records, violating HIPAA, since Felicia is now a patient advocate?
