Speaking of Valentin, he’ll show up at the PCPD to see Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who’s being held on charges related to kidnapping and torturing Peter. Obrecht used her one phone call to reach out to Valentin, and the two will have an interesting conversation involving Nina. Obrecht will promise that if Valentin doesn’t spring her from jail, he can say goodbye to Nina forever.
Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) will be mourning at her penthouse, when she receives a knock at the door. She’ll be greeted by a surprise visitor bearing flowers who will completely take her by surprise. Who could it be?
Carly (Laura Wright) will encounter “Kevin” (Jon Lindstrom) at GH, and she’ll confront him over his affair with Ava. Carly was astounded when she heard from Laura (Genie Francis) that Kevin and Ava were seeing each other, and she was appalled at Kevin’s behavior at Kiki’s gravesite when he encouraged Ava to rage. “What the hell’s wrong with you?” Carly will demand.
Finally, on Wednesday, December 12, Sonny (Maurice Benard) will have a sit down with Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel). Spencer’s in some trouble since he sabotaged the elections last month. His plan was to give Laura some more time to campaign and ultimately win the mayoral election against Ned (Wally Kurth), but he wasn’t counting on the law to come after him. “I have heat on me,” he’ll tell Sonny.
