General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, February 17: Cyrus’ Eerie Warning – Nina Demands Carly’s Public Downfall – Diane’s Corinthos Crisis

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 17, tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have a run-in with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) – and she won’t like the sound of his plans for GH. Cyrus will insist the winds of change are about to blow through General Hospital, so this will serve as an eerie warning.

Portia will also be concerned about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) getting in too deep with Cyrus and helping him achieve some twisted goals. However, Britt will hope she’s got everything under control with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in her corner. Jason and Britt will have to keep their partnership under wraps, but at least they both know Cyrus is bad news.

Lesley might cause a fuss over the way Cyrus is trying to manipulate Laura Collins (Genie Francis) through their similar pasts – or at least the similarities Cyrus sees!

Laura doesn’t think she’s anything like Cyrus, and Lesley will certainly agree with her on that. Wednesday’s episode may also bring Lesley’s visit to the Quartermaine mansion. Someone surprising will catch Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) off guard by showing up at the door, so it may be Lesley since she’ll be riled up over Cyrus’ hospital intentions.

Whatever the case, GH fans will see Monica react to a shocker before the week’s over. In the meantime, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will grin as he tells Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) all about the lady of his dreams! Sonny will describe what he remembers about the mysterious blonde woman he chased after and danced with.

General Hospital spoilers say Phyllis should be encouraged by “Mike’s” updates. This seems like a good sign that Sonny’s memories are coming back – or at least that they might be accessed somehow. Phyllis might even know a specialist for Sonny to chat with, but the point is Sonny’s on the right track.

GH viewers know Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is the woman Sonny dreamed about, so let’s hope he recalls her face eventually. Until then, Carly will deal with Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) fury in the cemetery. Nina will recap what she overheard before Sonny’s funeral and insist she wants the whole world to know what Carly did.

The same goes for Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), who encouraged Nina to hide the truth. Nina will unleash her wrath on both Carly and Jax, but they’ll maintain Carly isn’t to blame for Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) death. Since Nelle might’ve been saved if Carly had believed she was in distress and had worked faster to help her, Nina will stand her ground.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina will stir up another legal storm, so Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) had better be ready! Look for Carly and Diane to have a crucial meeting to discuss their new strategy. They’ll indeed need one since Nina’s about to spout off accusations to the cops that go against Carly’s original story.

Jason will wonder how bad it is later, so he may be referring to the fallout of Nina’s first push for revenge. Of course, Diane is quite the legal eagle and may be able to clean up Carly’s latest mess for her. Even so, there are other ways of getting justice – and you can bet Nina will try to find them! Nina and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will end up joining forces in the coming episodes.

Finally, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will wonder if Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has decided to come home. Jordan will just want a chance to rebuild trust and put their marriage back together. However, Jordan really messed up this time, so there’s really no quick fix. Curtis might agree to give things another shot, but he’ll still be angry and hurt over Jordan’s many lies.

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis and Portia will head out on a stakeout together once Friday rolls around, so that’ll bring a chance to deepen their bond. Curtis may continue to drift away from Jordan as he grows closer to Portia. Is Portia and Curtis’ sizzling romance on the horizon? Time will tell, but it’ll be interesting to see where things go from here!
