General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Fans can expect to find out Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) fate.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) makes Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) an offer. Plus, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is alarmed.

On The Next General Hospital – Quick Programming Note

Just a quick programming note. Many people in the US didn’t get to see Tuesday’s episode. However, those in Canada and some watching online were able to. If you have not seen Tuesday’s episode, then continue with caution!

Laura Collins Alarmed

Let’s start off with Laura, who will be alarmed. The woman will likely hear about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) having a stroke.

Fans know that Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) injected her new husband with something. Then, she called 911 and disposed of the needle in the hospital’s syringe trash.

Right now, nobody realizes that Drew’s stroke was intentional. Since Willow is a nurse, she would know what to inject him with that they wouldn’t likely test for.

Laura had a lot of beef with Drew, so this could be another situation that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) uses to his benefit.

Lucas Jones’ Devastating News

It is also teased that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will deliver devastating news. Since Willow is acting like the grief-stricken wife right now, she will need to act the part. Lucas is pretty perceptive and I wonder if he will suspect she’s guilty?

At the same time, some people in Port Charles might consider Willow a saint for getting rid of Drew.

Nina Reeves’ Advice

General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) was planning on quitting working for Drew. The young man never got the chance, and now Drew is possibly a vegetable.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will share some words of wisdom with Kai. Perhaps the blonde suggests that Kai not tell anyone he was going to quit working for Drew. After all, it might look a bit suspicious.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Tray will have some kind of offer for Jason. Does this have to do with Drew or possibly Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)?

Elsewhere, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will get an update from Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). However, at some point, Brennan is really going to cross the line, so stay tuned!
