General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 8, are in! Fans can expect to see an unexpected character return to the canvas, while Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has a dilemma.

Sonny Corinthos Cautions

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 8, reveal that Sonny will caution Carly.

On Monday, July 6, Sonny saw Carly’s reunion with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as the two made out in front of the hospital.

Sonny was shocked – Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke), too – as no one knew the two were a thing.

Sonny has had his fair share of run-ins in the past with Valentin, and fans may recall that Valentin tampered with his bipolar meds years ago.

Sonny will not like the idea of Carly romantically linked to Cassadine, and he’ll try to warn her about it; however, there’s little he can say or do to stop it.

During Wednesday’s preview, Carly tells her mob boss ex that, “I’m not changing my mind on this.”

Character Return

General Hospital’s promo for the July 8 episode shows Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) at the Metro Court Pool, having a chat with his sister, Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

An unexpected character comeback, but welcomed by most fans. During the scene, Laura tells her brother, “There might be something else you can help me with.”

Nice to see Martin back in town, but what kind of ‘job’ will Laura have for him?

 

Ric Lansing’s New Case

Speaking of a new job, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will approach Ric to take on his case.

In fact, during the promo video for the July 8 show, Isaiah talks about the possibility of launching a civil suit.

Of course, this is about Curtis Ashord (Donnell Turner) hitting the man and causing his hand injury, which has also affected his job as a surgeon.

Curtis is also in tomorrow’s show as the General Hospital preview shows Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) asking him, ” What kind of deal “they” are offering.

Will he escape jail time for assaulting Isaiah? In related news, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will cross paths with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

 

Molly Lansing-Davis’s Dilemma

Elsewhere, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday hint that Molly will have a very difficult choice ahead of her.

It looks like ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) will present the ‘case of a lifetime’, as she gives Molly a choice to “Promote your book, or prosecute the biggest case of your legal career.” What will Molly choose?

Lucas Jones Vents

Lastly, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will have a vent session with Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

After the fallout of the cold fusion project and learning Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) never had Huntington’s disease, the man has been left feeling empty and confused.

In General Hospital’s preview video, Lucas appears to be on someone’s couch, as he’s been woken up.

He’s surrounded by pillows and blankets, with a massive bedhead, as he asks, “What are you doing here?”

Lucas and Elizabeth have such a great friendship, so the nurse will likely have some solid words of support to provide the doctor.
