‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, March 12: Ric’s Devastating News, Alexis Shocked, Willow Rejects Drew, Carly & Nina Strike

General Hospital spoilers are finally in for Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Fans can expect Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) problem to get worse.

Meanwhile, Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) rejects Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are ready to strike.

Portia Robinson’s Disaster

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 12 reveal that Portia’s crisis will just continue to get worse. Portia tried to get Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to call a truce with Drew; however, that is likely not going to happen, especially now that Drew seems even more like an egomaniac than ever before.

Portia will get an update from Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) during tomorrow’s show and in the preview clip, he relays some terrible news. She’s asks if it’s as bad as she thinks, and he replies back, “Even worse”.

Willow Tait Corinthos’ Rejection

Over at the hospital, Drew is still dressed up in a fancy suit during the General Hospital preview for Wednesday’s show. Willow is busy working but, has to deal with Drew yet again.

It seems like Drew wants to talk, but Willow is hesitant. When Willow doesn’t jump right away, Drew demands to know if she’s embarrassed to be seen with him. However, Drew has a really creepy smile on his face as Willow seems guarded.

Carly Spencer & Nina Reeves Partner Up

Across town, Carly will be ready to take Nina up on her offer to break up Drew and Willow.

During the General Hospital preview, she’s shown at the Crimson offices, telling someone (likely Nina) that they need to put their plan in motion, ASAP.

While Carly and Nina have been long-time rivals, they’ll be unstoppable as allies. Will Drew even know what hit him?

In other Carly news, she’ll have a major confrontation with Drew.

Dante Falconeri’s Redirection

On Wednesday, March 12, fans will see Dante hang out with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) in the steam room. Chase has already had a day at work with arresting Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) and the fertility issues.

As the two detectives talk, Chase asks about Dante cutting Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) some slack. 

Even though Lulu told Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) she wouldn’t say anything (for now), it seemed like she was going to blurt it out in Tuesday’s episode!

Fans will also see Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) connection grow. 

A preview clip for the next episode also shows Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), as she blows up over Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) bombshell. Alexis isn’t blowing up at Kristina, but is reacting to the situation.

Meanwhile, Alexis will also seek out Curtis for help during Wednesday’s show. Sounds like Curtis will be a busy man tomorrow, as he’ll also have scenes with  Laura Collins (Genia Francis).

The Port Charles mayor will tells Curtis that she will applaud anyone willing to expose him.
