‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, March 4: Emergency Surgery, Sidwell’s Smooth Move, Charlotte’s Secret, Carly’s Unforgettable Party

General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, March 4, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect there to be a critical surgery in an attempt to save two lives.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) makes a smooth move with Ava Jerome (Maura West). Plus, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) meets with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Carly Spencer’s Party

Let’s start with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), who had a chat with Sidwell. The man has invited Carly, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), and the family to a party.

The blonde was caught off guard and wasn’t sure about this. However, Sidwell sweetened the deal by allowing her help in planning it. During a preview clip for tomorrow’s show, Carly says the party is going to be unforgettable. 

Meanwhile, during the General Hospital promo for Wednesday’s show, Ava Jerome (Maura West) questions Sidwell about Carly, which is when he gives a quick cover story. “We are plotting! Care to join us?”

Valentin Cassadine’s Assurance

Over in Carly’s attic, Valentin talks to his daughter. Charlotte has been taking a lot of risks to see her father. However, the man assures Charlotte that he has a plan, but she just needs to be a little more patient.

Looks like Charlotte will have yet another secret she keeps from her mom, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Britt Westbourne’s Emergency Surgery

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will worry about the pregnant woman they found, Delilah (Lily Cardone).

After the woman passed out from internal bleeding, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) made a grim prediction. The woman says that if there is any chance of saving mother and child, she needs to operate now!

Later, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) spots Britt in a vulnerable moment. I wonder if this brings up bad memories for her.

Lulu Spencer Seen

There is also Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), who has a private moment with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). However, this moment will be seen by someone unexpected.

Will it be Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) or perhaps even Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati)? It’s also possible that Charlotte notices it on her way back from seeing Valentin.

Curtis Ashford’s Decision

As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he decided to give Port Robinson (Brook Kerr) the house. Then, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) suggested he move in with her.

So, he will have to give her an answer to that proposition. There is also what Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) thinks about Portia keeping the house she shared with Curtis.

Josslyn Jacks Suspicious

Finally, it is also teased that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets suspicious while talking to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). During the preview, there is a scene between Joss and Lucas’ boyfriend, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

Joss asks the man, “When did this happen?” It looks like Lucas will make Joss sus, and she’ll go digging for answers … but will she find anything solid?
