‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, October 7: Carly Stuns Anna, Lulu & Drew Team Up, Gio’s Bombshell & Scout’s Plea

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, October 7, are in! Fans can expect to see Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) align with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a shocking request.

Plus, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) comes clean, as Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) pleads with her brother. Find out what goes down in Port Charles during Wednesday’s show below!

Carly’s Request Stuns Anna

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, October 7, indicate that Carly will have a shocking favor to ask Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

With that said, it doesn’t sound like Anna will agree to her request. During the October 7 promo, Anna flat-out tells Carly, “I absolutely cannot do that.” Is this about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)?

Across town, Scout will try and mend fences between Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

Will the brothers from different mothers make up? In the preview, Danny asks Scout why she cares whether he and Rocco are friends or not.

Will she make up a story about the years they spent as siblings, or tell him the ‘real’ truth?

Gio Comes Clean To Tracy

Over at the Q mansion, Gio will feel as if Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) deserves to know the truth about something.

It appears he’ll tell her about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) prison attack, and he may also reveal that he believes Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was behind the ambush.

Added teasers note that Tracy will bite her tongue during the situation, so she may want to tell Gio not to jump to conclusions, but as he’s starting to see Sonny in a new light, she may refrain.

Hospital Drama Raises Sonny Questions

Meanwhile, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday’s show note that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be working at the hospital together.

In fact, they have a chat about Sidwell’s attack. Liz will wonder if Lucas believes Sonny was behind the order, so what will his response be.

In other news, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will do a little sparring at the gym with Rocco.

It’ll be a real family affair, as Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will be on hand, and will interrupt their conversation. Will the two be talking about Sonny and what Dante believes he did?

Lulu & Drew Form A New Alliance

In addition, Lulu will meet up with Drew. After Sidwell named Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) as one of the people in Port Charles involved in  illegal activities, it looks like Lulu will approach Drew to see if she can get some intel on the congresswoman.

During a clip in the General Hospital preview for Wednesday, Lulu tells Drew, “I think it’s time we reframe the narrative and put the spotlight where it belongs.”

Drew Draws Battle Lines With Alexis

Finally, Drew will also draw some battle lines where Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is concerned. It sounds like there will be more fighting over Scout and visitation between them; however, Drew does have a restraining order, so what more can he do to strike back at the woman?
