This Week On General Hospital – Luke And Sonny Meet On The Docks

Here’s a brief recap of Luke’s goodbye; Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) learns of an intruder at the docks, but it’s just Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary); Sonny says there’s no danger. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Luke mentions he’s waiting for a boat to leave Port Charles for good; he tells Sonny he needs to sort out his life and knows he has a long way to go. Sonny understands the ‘demons’ Luke faces and tells him he needs the love of those around him to get through it.

Luke feels he’s caused too much harm, and Sonny reflects on their shared experiences. Luke remembers they met because of Frank Smith (Joe Cortese).

Sonny Asks Luke If He’s Sure Frank’s Dead This Time

Sonny asks if Luke is sure Frank is dead this time;  Luke shows Sonny the gun he used to kill Frank and wants him to have it as he tries to escape ‘that life.’

Luke asks Sonny to look after Lulu and Rocco ( now Alexa Havins Bruening, Finn Carr); Sonny gets emotional, saying they are family, and they hug.

Luke asks Sonny to tell Lulu he loves her, just as she arrives-Lulu tells her father to say it himself; he apologizes for not being the best dad, but Lulu insists he is.

She says he has always been there for her-he tells her she is smart and strong enough to face anything because she’s a Spencer.

Lulu proudly replies, ‘Damn right I am,’ and Luke promises she will always be his only baby girl; they cry, hug, and exchange ‘I love yous.’

Luke, Sonny And Lulu Say Their Goodbyes, Luke Walks Into The Rest Of His Life

Lulu then returns to the Haunted Star, where Laura Collins (Genie Francis) comforts her and promises she’ll see her father again. Lulu hands Laura an envelope Luke gave her, that says “Angel” on it. Back to Luke and Sonny, Luke tells Sonny to take care of Port Charles because the town needs him.

Sonny promises he will, wishes Luke good luck, pats him on the back and leaves. Luke walks off in the fog towards his boat, bidding farewell and good luck to Port Charles.

Here’s What Else Is Happening This Week On GH

On Monday, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) warns Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison); the ruthless congressman is also being blackmailed by Sidwell, who expects him to comply!

Meanwhile, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will have a warning for  Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will receive new information.

Additionally, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will offer advice and  Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will learn a secret-she walks in on Drew and Sidwell’s conversation.

On Tuesday, Lulu and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) bond, and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) wants to celebrate her birthday.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) makes a commitment, while Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) make a decision.

Valentin Reassures Carly, Willow’s Trial Reconvenes

Also on Tuesday, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) reassures Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and on Wednesday, an encore episode from December 27, 2024.

This is when Lulu reunited with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) in Prague. Thursday is the special Luke Spencer episode honoring Anthony Geary. On Friday, Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial reconvenes with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) deciding on a new strategy.

Plus, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) confers with ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny has a warning for Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will get a new assignment, and, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will be shocked!
