‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Weekly Preview Video Feb 16-20: Desperation Grows, Hearts Shatter, Chilling Graveside Twist, Mother Plots

This week on GH, Maxie Jones’ return turns lives upside down as Nathan West reels, Spinelli fears losing everything, and Port Charles braces for emotional fallout.

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of February 16 tease as Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has woken up and soon will be welcomed home, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is shocked!

Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) voices his fears, and hearts will break in Port Charles! (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Maxie’s Welcome Home

At the house that Maxie and Spinelli share with Georgie Jones, (Lily Fisher) James West (Gary James Fuller) and Bailey Lou Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski) Maxie is home.

She sits on the couch, as Spinelli smiles, as does James, who sits on one side of her while Bailey Lou rushes into her arms.

However, there is a potential problem for this happy little family-Maxie is no longer a widow, even though she’s moved on with Spinelli.

How will they handle the fact that Maxie is still legally married to Nathan, presuming his death certificate was cancelled since there were DNA and fingerprints matching? It sounds like there’s going to be one great big mess to straighten out!

Nathan Is Shocked!

At General Hospital, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) barges in on Nathan and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) talking about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) thinking their father’s alive.

Britt and Nathan have already had a shock hearing Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is alive and kept Anna prisoner in France, although Britt may know the truth of the matter.

Liesl is grinning from ear to ear as she tells a shocked Nathan that Maxie is awake! This back-from-the-dead and awake-from-the-coma situation gets more and more complicated! Now, what will everyone do about this?

Spinelli’s Fear

Back at Spinelli and Lulu’s house, Spinelli is worried as he tells someone, possibly Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) he could lose Maxie and his family.

As they are getting the house ready for Maxie’s welcome-home, he’s seen talking to James and Georgie Jones, (Lily Fisher).

And Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) can be seen rushing around in the background helping decorate for Maxie’s welcome home party.

It’s a very real fear for Spinelli, even though Maxie and he have been living together for quite some time now, along with their daughter, Georgie, and James and Bailey Lou.

Back when Nathan was in Port Charles before, there had been a point when Spinelli and Maxie had reconciled and her falling for Nathan put a stop to all that.

Spinelli wound up moving out of town but with a new love, Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson) but that only lasted a year and he and Georgie came back to Port Charles.

Complications, Complications, Hearts Will Break And Maxie’s Stunned Too

Liesl is shown again, talking to Nathan who doesn’t look thrilled-he actually looks sad. She says he and Maxie are meant to be together.

Hearts will break as Lulu is shown looking ready to cry. The scene flashes back to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) telling Maxie that Nathan is alive; a shocked Maxie exclaims, “What”? Maxie may not want to believe it, considering she saw him shot in front of her at Crimson, and in the coffin and buried!

Felicia may have to bring the proof of the DNA and fingerprint match, which they got from Nathan’s PCPD records.

Nothing Can Get In The Way Of That

Now, a scene of Nathan’s grave marker is shown, it looks like someone is sweeping snow off it-it turns out that it’s Nathan himself!

Liesl’s voice is heard, “And nothing can get in the way of that!,” finishing her sentence about him and Maxie being meant to be together.

Someone else is there, walking up behind him it looks like someone in a black cape; it could be Liesl.

And in the meantime, Nathan and Lulu are falling in love with each other, and in an impossible situation if Maxie believes Nathan is really Nathan and wants him back!

Will Lulu and Spinelli be left to form their own little lonely hearts club to commiserate with each other?
