General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of February 23-27 tease Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) becomes an unexpected rescuer, while Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) demands answers.

Lucas The Rescuer

Lucas is first shown looking apprehensively at Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) at Wyndemere, it looks like he overhears another secret conversation.

Then the scene changes, and he’s with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) who’s in a lab coat-has he found the secret lab on Spoon Island? He tells Britt, “We can’t get away from Sidwell until I get you out!”

Britt looks scared-quite possibly she’s scared for both herself and Lucas, since she saw how deadly Sidwell can be when he killed Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) right in front of him.

But who’s going to rescue her and Lucas if Pascal (Marc Forget) is snooping again?

Brook Lynn Demands Answers

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn and Chase are arguing in the breakfast room as she demands answers; “What did you actually do?” she asks.

The scene flashes to Michael as he shoots a dirty look at Chase, and Chase gets defensive. Chase, argumentative and on the defensive, says “I just want to see justice served!”

But Chase’s justice and actual justice seem to be at odds with each other, as his blind faith in Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) comes to the forefront.

He refuses to believe that Willow could be guilty of shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and it’s gotten him in trouble with his wife again!

Michael’s Temper Flares

Immediately after this, Michael’s temper flares, as he slugs Chase as he, Brook Lynn and Chase are all in the Quartermaine breakfast room. Michael packs such a wallop that his former friend is knocked off his feet!

Then there’s a shot of Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst)  in disbelief, claps his hand over his face…is he there and seeing all this?

Ric had gone to the Port Charles Police Department when Michael was called in over a key to Drew’s house being found on his key chain-which Willow planted.

But Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) saw Chase handling the keys and told Ric-Michael’s certainly not helping his own case by laying Chase out on the floor!

Sonny And Turner Heat Up

A woman is heard saying “Sonny  may care about you as long as you don’t get in his way” as he and Acting District Attorney Justine Turner heat up!

Sonny and Turner have had a simmering attraction just beneath the surface for months, evolving into a flirtation and now it’s increasing.

But is Turner flirting with Sonny to put him off guard, as a way to get him to trust her so she can take him down-legally, that is? And as for Sonny, is he just playing along, or is he going to be blind as well as love?
