General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of July 7 tease autopsy results, Fourth of July fireworks, revenge sought, and a baby missing!
Natalia Ramirez’ (Eva LaRue) autopsy results are in, Fourth of July fireworks as Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) enraged, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) seeks revenge and Daisy Gilmore’s (Levi Clark Coughlin) missing! (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)
Autopsy Results
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has gone to the questioning room of the Port Charles Police Department where Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had just been questioned.
Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) had just left, with no further questions about the death of Natalia.
Laura is seated and Sonny is standing up, and Laura turns around to when she hears Anna’s voice, Anna has a manila envelope and some papers in her hand.

It turns out Natalia’s autopsy report has come back in from the hospital, where she was taken and pronounced dead after a suspected suicide by overdose. The sentence is cut off at the end as Anna says, “I have the autopsy here and –“?
Fourth Of July Fireworks
There are Fourth of July fireworks in Port Charles, but not the kind you want to see as Lulu is enraged at Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton)!
Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) had come to Lulu demanding answers about why he was never told he was carried by Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

GH viewers will remember Rocco was quite young when Lulu fell into that four or five year coma, and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had PTSD and brainwashing issues prior to that.
This was about a year before Lulu’s coma so it would not have been a good time. But who is the “she” Lulu is referring to as she slugs Brook Lynn and shouts, “She came for our son”?!
Revenge Sought
Elsewhere, Marco is enraged over his mother’s death, and he is fully blaming Sonny for it-has he been advised of Natalia’s autopsy results or not?
It really wouldn’t matter since he blames Sonny anyway, even though her death had appeared to be a suicide by overdose, although Anna admitted it could have been staged.
As Natalia lay dying in her Metro Court Suite, Marco had been occupied saving Sonny’s daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) life.
Marco is very upset as he tells someone, “Sonny cannot get away with this-he won’t!” It sounds like Marco wants revenge on Sonny-but will he go at it from a legal standpoint or an illegal one?

Baby Missing
Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) enters the nursery, where Daisy is missing from her bed-she screams, “Daisy!” Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) soon comes to the door and she tells him “Michael, someone took our daughter!”
Bizarre happenings have been taking place in that nursery, with someone unknown changing Daisy’s onesie and turning on her musical mobile after dark.
Viewers know there has been someone lurking outside the windows and watching Michael, Daisy, and Amelia and Wiley Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia Mork-Macko, Viron Weaver) as well.
Michael will give reassurance later, is Daisy really missing or did a Quartermaine family member come in the room and get her-maybe it’s time to set up that nursery cam again!
