General Hospital Updates and Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Jason Morgan Discuss Their Battle Plan Against Cyrus Renault

In the kitchen of the Corinthos home, Sonny and Jason discuss their battle plan against Cyrus Renault. General Hospital viewers will recall that the turf wars have been going on for several months now, starting with three coordinated attacks against Sonny and members of his family in three different places, starting with the theft and bombing of a Corinthos coffee truck which Sonny figured right away was a message from a rival trying to take over his territory.

There were attacks on Sonny, Jason and Sonny’s father, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) in a bar in Bensonhurst where Sonny had taken him hoping to help him relive the good old days before enrolling him in a trial protocol for Alzheimer’s Disease. Instead, Mike had a terrifying time of dodging bullets and he has rapidly deteriorated ever since and now it’s too late for a trial.

At the same time, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) were attacked on the docks, with Laura being shot; and at the Corinthos Coffee warehouse there was a third attack where Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) first showed up in Port Charles, saving his mother Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) life, while taking a bullet himself. Sonny vows to Jason “I will take Cyrus down like everybody before him!”

General Hospital Spoilers 2020 – Mayor Laura Collins Wants To Know What’s Going Down

In the mayor’s office, Laura is visibly worried as she talks to Sonny about his takedown plans for Cyrus. She asks, “What’s going down Sonny- really?” She walks a fine line between keeping law and order and accepting Sonny’s help as mobster against mobster to take Cyrus, an evil drug lord, out of Port Charles, plus she has previously warned Sonny that her crackdown on crime may include him if he doesn’t behave himself!

However, Cyrus is a much more dangerous enemy and his business of illegal drugs has already taken more innocent victims than Sonny’s ever has – Sonny only kills other mobsters for the most part, and although no one knows for sure what Sonny’s illegal businesses are, if he even still operates any considering Carly long ago threatened to leave him for good if he didn’t leave the mob, aren’t drugs! Sonny doesn’t want drugs flowing through his territory!

ABC General Hospital Spoilers This Week – Jason Morgan In Grave Danger

Meanwhile, in the Metro Court, Cyrus chuckles as he tells someone (over a flashback of a previous conversation he had with Laura) “We start by getting rid of Jason Morgan!” as scenes throughout the promo show Jason looking warily around as he stands among crates on the dock.

Back in the Corinthos kitchen, Sonny continues his conversation with Jason, telling him that “When he (Cyrus) stops looking for me out of the corner of his eye, I’m going to take him out!” Sonny fully intends for Cyrus Renault to meet his maker as Cyrus intends Jason Morgan to meet his!
