In June 2019, Kim drugged Drew Cain and tried to have sex with him so she could become pregnant and replace her son Oscar who died from a brain tumor. When Julian questioned her, Dr. Nero said that Drew stopped her before anything happened between them.

In September, of that year a grieving Kim slept with Franco Baldwin who had Drew’s memories implanted in his brain. When Julian found out, he broke up with her and on November 19, General Hospital spoilers show a distraught Dr. Nero left Port Charles.

GH Spoilers – What A Difference A Year Makes

In December 2020, Julian was fleeing for his life after being shot by one of Cyrus Renault’s hitmen. He made his way to Kim’s New York apartment, where he met her nanny and found out that Kim had a son. The boy’s name was Andy and he was probably named after Andrew Cain. Once Julian left, the nanny calls Dr. Nero and tells her that the former mob boss had no idea Andy was his son. Shortly after, Julian was shot to death by Sonny Corinthos on General Hospital.

The ABC soap could decide to rewrite history and reveal that Kim and Drew did sleep together. Perhaps this is why she named her son after Oscar’s dad instead of the man the nanny believes is the bio dad. There has to be a reason, this child was revealed in 2020, only moments before his alleged father was murdered. Based on the timeline either man could be Andy’s dad. Whether or not Julian Jerome is the little boy’s father, Kim Nero and her son might still show up in Port Charles.
