General Hospital Spoilers: What will 2020 Bring Nikolas Cassadine?

While we patiently wait for new episodes of General Hospital, we thought we would take a stab at what we think may happen with some of our favorite characters in the coming year. This is all just for fun, while we wait for new shows to finally air. So let’s look at Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).

General Hospital Spoilers – He’s back!

After being in hiding for the past few years, Nikolas has finally revealed himself as being alive to his friends and family. But the fact that he has stayed hidden has marred what should be a happy reunion. Both his mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and his sister, Lulu Spencer (Emmy Rylan) have been frosty to Nikolas once they found out that he stayed “dead” on purpose just to get the goods on Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

But as painful as that was, his own son, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel) has told him that he wants nothing to do with his father. He wasn’t there when Spencer needed him, so he is justifiably angry,

GH Spoilers – But the love is still there

But even though they are all angry with him, Nikolas’ family is still thankful that he is alive. They still love him and eventually they will forgive Nikolas’s actions. It may take a while, but Nikolas will go back to being an important part of his family’s lives.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Wedding!

Nikolas married Ava Jerome (Maura West) in order to get his hands on the codicil so that he could reclaim his fortune. They have agreed to a sexless, but still faithful marriage. But Nikolas has another trick up his sleeve. He is still legally married to Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and therefore his marriage to Ava is null and void. But before he can fully separate himself from Ava, will real feeling between the two develope?

GH Spoilers – Final faceoff with Valentin Cassadine

At some point, Nikolas and Valentin will likely face off again once and for all. Valentin is a very dangerous man when backed into a corner, but Nikolas has proven recently that he can be just as ruthless. Hopefully, the situation will resolve without someone getting hurt or worse.
