General Hospital spoilers suggest Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will have no idea what he’s getting himself into when he gives Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) his word that he’s going to find out where Leopold Taub (Chip Lucia) is.

This is going to unnerve Cody, who is not only not going to want to track down Leopold’s remains, but is also going to worry that his faux biological dad could actually still be alive. Is it possible?
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will seem to think so and may be eager to make sure no one figures that out. After all, if Leopold is alive, then the wealth inherited by this lawsuit would be his, not Cody’s or Serena Baldwin’s (Carly Schroeder). Expect Scott to rebuff Mac when the Police Chief takes an interest in finding Cody’s “dad.”
General Hospital Spoilers — Scott Forges Ahead
Scott will work furiously to stifle Mac and see to it that Cody’s lawsuit persists, but it’s going to be hard without a body to prove that Leopold is really dead.
Scott can attest to being around at the time, but the WSB will present a strong argument that Leopold may have conned everyone into believing he was dead when he wasn’t. He had a lot to run away from after the mess he made.

GH Spoilers Claim Cody is Relieved
When Leopold’s body isn’t in his grave, it’s not going to dawn on Cody that this could serve as any kind of complication.
Rather, he will be immensely relieved. No body means no DNA test in his book. He will be off the hook. Who cares where his remains are, right? But this is going to lead to a lot of questions, not just from the WSB, but local law enforcement as well.
Since it doesn’t appear that Leopold’s grave was ever disturbed, that’s going to lead the PCPD to believing he was never buried there to begin with. Does that mean an empty coffin went in the grave and Leopold is still out there somewhere?
General Hospital Spoilers — Mac is Determined
Mac will be unrelenting in his pursuit of tracking Leopold down to give Cody the father he believes he deserves. As Cody continues to assure Mac that chasing Leopold down is the last thing he needs and is totally unnecessary, Scott will back him up.
This is going to leave Mac thinking Cody may be influenced by the shifty lawyer who is out for his own cut of the payoff in this lawsuit. Will Cody be forced to tell Mac the truth — that he is his father? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
