In the past, any time Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has been furious at and hurt by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), she has had the same two men to help her through it all. Sure, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was presumed dead for a few years and Jax (Ingo Rademacher) was not always in town, but we all knew he would pop in to see Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and we’d not see him on screen.

Heck, the last time Carly wanted to divorce Sonny, she hopped into bed with Jax and then when she thought Sonny was dead, she was thisclose to hopping into bed with Jason, and had even married him.

Then, Sonny returned, Jason was allegedly killed once again (this time in Crete), and Jax left town and doesn’t know when he will ever decide to make his comeback. Sonny and Carly tried to make a go of it, but only Carly is allowed to move on when Sonny is not around.

An amnesiac Sonny is not allowed to fall for someone else because that is how Carly’s world works. So, now she has moved out of Sonny’s house and into the Metro Court (where is the house she still had that Nelle tried to haunt with the spirit of Morgan) and is very sad with neither of her boys on the side to turn to.

GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Is In Her Feelings For Life

It’s clear that both Carly and General Hospital want to make Drew Cain into the new Jason, but please do not let Carly and Drew sleep together. If he must be her new boy on the side and a friend, ok, but Cameron Mathison has much more chemistry than Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Webber) and Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall) than he does with Laura Wright’s Carly. For that matter, Carly doesn’t get to have the bridge either because that bridge belonged to Robin and Jason and not just Jason.
