General Hospital spoilers indicate that the future isn’t looking so bright for one of Port Charles’ favorite couples, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Actually, make that Port Charles’ favorite almost couple, as it’s pretty clear that the writers of the hit ABC soap aren’t putting these two back together again anytime soon. And because of that, fans can’t help but feel as though they’ve missed yet another golden opportunity for JaSam. Here’s what you need to know.

Ever since Steve Burton returned to General Hospital as Jason Morgan, fans have been waiting for his character to get back together again with Sam. After all, there’s no denying that these two have enough passion and chemistry to light up the entire town of Port Charles. But for one reason or another, their relationship has hit roadblock after roadblock. If that weren’t enough, the love triangle that could have been between Jason, Sam and Drew fell flat, and whatever opportunity Sam and Jason had to be together was ruined because of Shiloh Archer and his shenanigans.

Unfortunately for Jason and Sam, things really aren’t looking any better for them right now. Because each and every time they share a scene together, Steve just reminds Sam that she needs to behave before her parole officer sends her back to Pentonville. So instead of getting the stolen kisses that they deserve, Sam is giving Steve plenty of dirty looks instead as he continues to chastise her as if she were a little girl.

GH Spoilers – An Emotional Game Of Tug-And-War

So, does this mean that Sam and Jason will never get together? Will they never have the peace and love that they deserve? Or are the writers always going to play an emotional game of tug-and-war between the two characters and viewers?
