Mid-song, it seemed as though Eddie lost all train of thought. His voice drifted off into another place and he seemed lost in space trying to grasp whatever had come to his mind.

Could it have been a memory that doesn’t make sense to him out of context? Was it a certain sentimental feeling as he sat there singing into a microphone that recalled him to the past, or did he catch a glimpse of what it feels like to recognize he’s falling for a woman who is, by all accounts his wife?

Our girl Olivia knows when to hold ‘em, but don’t let her fool you. She hasn’t folded on her marriage to Ned.

Eddie may not be in the mood to hear how much she misses her husband and believes he’s still lurking somewhere inside of Eddie, but she’s holding out hope — silently.

She knows that if she pushes too hard, she could scare Eddie away — and out of town. Keeping her feelings close to her chest while Ned finds his way back to himself seems like it could work to her advantage the more that he keeps talking about the mystery siren of his dreams. Is she right?
