General Hospital Spoilers: Who Is Isaiah Gannon, Connected To The Llanview Gannons, Or Has A PC Connection?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease an important question-exactly who is Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson)? Might he be connected to the Llanview Gannons or might he have a Port Charles connection-other than his friend Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson)?

General Hospital Spoilers – The Gannons Were Mostly Lawyers-And One Bad Guy!

GH fans who have watched the ABC soaps over the years will remember migrating characters between the various soaps-Skye Quartermaine (Robin Christopher) is a good example.

More recently, they made Ryan’s Hope’s Delia Coleridge (Ilene Kristen) Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) mother. And a few years back, Nora Hanen Gannon Buchanan (Hilary B. Smith) came to Port Charles to work on a court case.

Nora’s first husband was Hank Gannon (Nathan Purdee) and he and Norah had a daughter, Rachel Gannon (Daphnée Duplaix). He also had a brother, a bad guy named RJ Gannon (Timothy D. Stickney) who was a drug lord.

GH Spoilers – A Doctor From A Family Of Lawyers, And In Africa?

It’s important to remember there’s a possibility that Isaiah could either be adopted, and Gannon not be his birth name, or it could not even be his real name.

Nothing in the Gannon family history would lead one to believe that any went to Africa on missions or even had a son-and RJ’s daughter Keri Reynolds (Sherri Saum) died childless.

The name “Gannon” could also be a coincidence-so how else might he tie in to someone in Port Charles? 

Lucky’s Aunt Patricia Spencer (Dee Wallace) who he never met, had a biracial daughter named Valerie Spencer (Paulina Bugembe) but assuming Isaiah is from Africa, where’s the connection?

However, there is another former Port Charles resident who might check all the boxes-and he married a black woman, and he moved to Africa-and they were doctors!

General Hospital Spoilers – Could Isaiah Be Related To Dr. Tom Hardy-Could He Really Be Tommy Hardy?

Admittedly, Tom Hardy Sr. (Matthew Ashford) and Simone Ravelle, (Felecia Bell) according to GH history divorced and Tommy Hardy (Zachary Ellington Jr.) left with his mother when they divorced.

However, there are some important connections here-one to Africa, where Tom Sr. went to treat refugees in Somalia. Another connection is as of April 2013, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) mentioned her cousin Tommy had finished medical school.

General Hospital has also written new relatives for historical characters, ala Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) many times-Austin Gatlin-Holt, (Roger Howarth) for one.

Who’s to say that Simone didn’t have another son with a Gannon after divorcing Tom, and he became a doctor too, and moved to Africa and he’s Isaiah?
