Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been sitting on some information that could link Peter to the assassin who tried to kill Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) during the procedure to restore Franco’s memories to Peter. But Anna has been reluctant to share this information with Robert or the authorities because she still sees Peter as her son, even though it’s possible that he is actually her nephew.

Anna wants to believe the best in Peter, and trust in the new life that he has built with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). But she is wrestling with herself, trying to decide if she should turn over the information that she has. Jason came to Anna in good faith with his suspicions. And if Jason is right, then Peter is the reason Sam went to jail in the first place.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane will do the right thing
After a lot of soul searching, Anna will have to make a decision once and for all. If she had any further proof she would likely not hesitate, but because she is unsure of Peter’s guilt, she is holding back. But spoilers indicate that Anna will soon obtain more evidence. At this point, she will have no choice but to go to either Jason or Robert with what she knows. Peter needs to pay for his crimes, son or no son.

I am hoping that Anna will find something that will help Peter to get out of this mess. I do want Jason and Sam to be together. I have thought that it was very illogical for Peter to frame Sam. Jason said that he would take down Peter if he framed Sam. Then Peter framed Sam even though Peter knew that Jason was already looking into his affairs. It like they have been setting Peter up for suicide by Jason. I mean Jason gave Peter what he wanted most to be free from Faison. Peter should want Jason to be happy instead of this situation. Everything else that they have had Peter do has been doing has not made any sense either. Peter wanted Drew to have the flash drive to restore his memories. Then because of a memory that had a 50/50 chance of even existing Peter needed to do something bad to Drew, Andre, and Franco. I hope that Drew is alright. I also hope that at some point whatever Anna found out while she was away and in her investigation will lead to getting everyone out of this memory mapping mess for good. I want things to work out for Anna and Peter so that they can continue to bond as mother and son.
