General Hospital Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is no stranger to secrets. After all, Carly kept her son’s paternity a secret for as long as she could before someone else revealed the truth. Carly also kept Nelle Benson’s maternity secret from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Carly now knows that Willow is Nina’s daughter as well. However, Carly’s secret could become a matter of life and death with Willow’s current health issues. Will Carly fess up to the huge secret she has been hiding since Harmony Miller (ex-Inga Cadrenal died? Will Carly keep her secret and leave it to doctors to find another way to save Willow putting the love of Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) life at risk?

Willow has been chalking her issues up to stress and not eating properly but what if it is something more serious? Spoilers suggest there is more to the story and fans are inclined to agree. Willow has been too quick to write this off to other issues and hasn’t done enough research. Spoilers suggest Willow could be headed for a major health crisis that will require her biological parent’s DNA. Of course, with Sila Clay (ex-Michael Easton) dead, that falls back on Nina. Will Carly reveal the truth too late?

General Hospital Spoilers – The Secret Is Out
General Hospital’s Nina secret could come out this week at General Hospital. Willow and Michael are at the hospital and she looks completely terrified. Willow will also have scenes with Terrie Randolph (Cassandra James). Could Willow be pregnant but have some kind of disorder that is causing her issues? Will may have a brain tumor or other type of cancer. Willow looks completely terrified as she runs into Michael’s arms. Will Carly see how distraught Michael is in the end and finally tell the truth?
Willow deserves to know who her mother is and Carly has that knowledge. Will Carly come though and be a hero for Michael and Wiley? Will Willow be saved in the end by Carly’s announcement? Will someone else reveal the truth, perhaps Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will spill the beans.
